Claims (16)
- 矩形枠組(51)から構成された少なくとも1つの枠(50、80)を建造物壁に取り付けるための構造物(1)であって、枠(50)を受けるために適応された少なくとも1つの矩形台枠(15)を形成するように組み立てられた少なくとも2つの垂直材(3)と少なくとも2つのクロスバー(4)とから形成された枠組(2)と、枠組に少なくとも前記枠を固定するための手段とを備え、各垂直材(3)が、2つの側翼(32、33)によって縁を付けられた中央ウェブ(31)を有し、各クロスバー(4)が、中央ウェブ(40)および側翼(41、42)を有しており、各垂直材(3)の側翼が、クロスバー(4)を受けるための凹部(38、39)を備えており、クロスバー(4)の中央ウェブ(40)が垂直材(3)の凹部の中に延在し、各クロスバー(4)の側翼は、矩形台枠(15)の内周に延在している垂直材(3)およびクロスバー(4)の翼(32、33、41、42)が、前記枠(50)を取り付けできる突出縁を形成するように、クロスバー(4)と垂直材(3)との間の交差部において垂直材(3)に沿った凹部(43、44)を備えていることを特徴とする、構造物。

- クロスバー(4)のウェブ(40)が、クロスバーが置かれた垂直材(3)の雨樋(35、36)の上方に開放するように意図された少なくとも1つの開口(48)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の構造物。
- クロスバー(4)のウェブ(40)が、少なくとも垂直材(3)との交差部の領域において、翼と同一方向に突出している面を有するように形状づけられていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の構造物。
- クロスバー(4)の側翼(41)が、構造物によって保持される枠の取り付けを可能とするような方法でクロスバーの内部に向かって傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の構造物。
- 枠組に少なくとも1つの枠を固定するための手段が、固着装置(10、11)と、固着装置(10、11)によって保持され且つ垂直材(3)の上方に延在している固定ビーディング(62)とを備え、固着装置(10、11)および固定ビーディング(62)が、固定ビーディングが少なくとも枠(50A、50B)の端縁の上側面と接触するような方法で設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の構造物。
- 少なくとも1つの固定手段(10)が、その上側部分において締め付けヘッド(80)を備え、固定ビーディング(62)が、締め付けヘッド(80)上にクリップ留めされるように適応された締め付け突起(70)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の構造物。
- 少なくとも1つの固定手段(11)が、その上側部分においてネジヘッド(91)を備え、固定ビーディング(62)が、その一端において、ネジ(90)によってネジヘッドに固定されるように適応されたネジパドル(65)を備え、その他端において、ネジパドル上にクリップ留めされるように適応されたクリップ留め突起を備える被覆パドル(68)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の構造物。
- 固定手段(10、11)が、建造物の壁の構造要素に螺合するための遠位ネジ軸(101)とネジ本体を駆動するための手段(103)によって遠位ネジ軸から分離された近位ネジ軸(102)とを備えるネジ本体(100)、および、ネジ本体の近位ネジ軸に螺着されるように適応されたスペーサ(12、13)から構成されており、スペーサ(12、13)が、締め付けヘッド(80)またはネジヘッド(91)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の構造物。
- 固定ビーディング(62)が、枠の分離領域のしっかりとした被覆を設けるような方法で2つの隣接する枠(50A、50B)を分離する領域(61)の両側に延在するように適応されていることを特徴とする、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載の構造物。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の構造物を備えることを特徴とする、建造物壁。
- 屋根面を形成し、平行な梁(6)を備え、構造物の垂直材(3)が、平行な梁(6)に沿って延在して平行な梁に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の建造物壁。
- さらに、構造物(1)の下方において平行な梁(6)に固定されたトレー(8)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の建造物壁。
- トレーが、プラスチック材料もしくは集成木材もしくは合板から形成されたトレー、または、多層断熱材から形成された金属トレー、または、二重グレージングパネルであることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の建造物壁。
- 構造物によって枠に固定された少なくとも1つの太陽電池のパネルを備えることを特徴とする、請求項12から15のいずれか一項に記載の建造物壁。
