Description
た回転矢印すなわち時計回りの方向に従う回転方向に、前溝8および9(10は見えない)が与えられている。これらの溝が尾根部5、6および7を回転方向に制限する。尾根部5、6および7は、摩擦表面4からほんの僅かに隆起し、各々は摩擦表面4から反対を向いて側面に掻取り表面(図1aの尾根部5を参照)を有する。掻取り表面は図1bでより明らかに示され、より極めて詳しく下記に説明される。尾根部5、6および7の隆起した高さまたは軸方向にこれらを制限する掻取り表面11の高さは、僅か1.0mm未満である。尾根部5、6および7は硬化されているのが有利である。

Claims (15)
- 固定要素が平らな部品に加える回転力および軸方向力によってその部品に対して連結する摩擦溶接のための摩擦表面(4)を形成する同心の端面を有し、かつ複数の径方向の尾根部(12、13、14)を有する固定要素(1)であって、尾根部(12、13、14)は、各々摩擦表面(4)に導入された前溝(15、16、17)および後溝(18、19、20)によって両側で回転方向に制限され、尾根部(12、13、14)は摩擦表面(4)から軸方向にほんの僅かに隆起し、摩擦溶接プロセス中に掻取られた材料を前溝(15、16、17)に押込む掻取り表面(11)を備え、摩擦表面(4)によって擦り減った関連する尾根部の残った材料は後溝(18、19、20)に押込まれることを特徴とする、固定要素。
- 掻取り表面(11)の片側に鋭い刃が与えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固定要素。
- 尾根部の両側に鋭い刃が与えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固定要素。
- 丸み付けされた掻取り表面が尾根部と融合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固定要素。
- 端面はその外側領域に同心状の外周環状溝(22)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の固定要素。
- 端面には同心ボア(28)が与えられることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の固定要素。
- 固定要素がボルト(2)として設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の固定要素。
- 固定要素がナット(33)として設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の固定要素。
- 摩擦表面が平らな設計を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の固定要素。
- 摩擦表面(26)は、円錐角α=160°から178°を有する同軸の円錐を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の固定要素。
- 掻取り表面が平らな設計を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の固定要素。
- 掻取り表面(27)が円錐角α=160°から178°を有する同軸の円錐を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の固定要素。
- 円錐が凸型の摩擦表面を形成することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の固定要素。
- 円錐が凹型の摩擦表面を形成することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の固定要素。
- 尾根部が硬化されることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の固定要素。
