Description
線状の、あるいは面状の接触3には、歯車からそのもう一方の歯車へと伝達すべき負荷が面に分散し、そのことにより単位面積当たりの負荷が低くなるという利点がある。このことによって歯車1,2の摩耗ならびに過負荷の危険を著しく削減することができる。したがって歯車1,2の負荷能力は、点状の接触のみが歯車間に生じるインボリュート歯もしくは部分的にインボリュート状の歯をもつ歯車に比して顕著に高められる。

Claims (13)
- 共にディファレンシャルケース(55)に支持され、互いにかみ合う歯面(12,11)をもつ第1の歯車(2)と第2の歯車(1)を有する歯車駆動を備えた自動車のエンジン補機駆動装置において、
該歯車(1,2)の歯面(11,12)が動力伝達部(13)内でインボリュートなしに形成されており、凹面部から直接に凸面部に移行しており、
前記第2の歯車(1)のシャフト(56)は、バランスウェイト(58)を有しており、
歯面(11,12)が接触する接触領域(3)が、歯4,5のそれぞれ高さ(h4)とh5)の全体にわたって、縦断面で線状となり、
かつ、該第2の歯車(1)がプラスチックから形成され、常に2対または3対の歯がその転がりプロセス中に互いに接触し、
歯面(11,12)が歯面全体に渡って互いに連続して噛み合うことを特徴とする、エンジン補機駆動装置。 - 第1の歯車(2)が第2の歯車(1)より大きな強度を有する材料から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のエンジン補機駆動装置。
- 歯車(1,2)の向かい合う歯面(11,12)が少なくとも部分的に該歯面(11,12)の概ね同じ曲率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のエンジン補機駆動装置。
- 凹面部が各歯(4,5)の歯底面(6,8)に隣接する領域に配置されており、かつ凸面部が歯先面(7,9)に隣接する領域に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のエンジン補機駆動装置。
- 第1の歯車(2)が金属から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のエンジン補機駆動装置。
- 金属製の前記歯車(2)の歯(5)の歯厚がプラスチック歯車(1)の歯(4)の厚さより薄いことを特徴とする、請求項5記載のエンジン補機駆動装置。
- プラスチック製の前記歯車(1)が各歯の隙間幅より大きな歯幅ないしは歯厚を該歯車(1)のピッチ円にて有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のエンジン補機駆動装置。
- ピッチ円において、金属製の前記歯車(2)が各歯の隙間幅より小さな歯幅ないしは歯厚を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のエンジン補機駆動装置。
- 前記歯車(1,2)の転がり接触する際に該歯車(1,2)の常に2つ以上の歯(4,5)が互いにかみ合っていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のエンジン補機駆動装置。
- プラスチック歯車(1)が、射出後にさらに加工されない射出成形部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載のエンジン補機駆動装置。
- 第1の歯車(2)および第2の歯車(1)の歯車が斜歯の歯車として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載のエンジン補機駆動装置。
- 第1の歯車(2)および第2の歯車(1)の歯車が直歯の歯車として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載のエンジン補機駆動装置。
- 第1の歯車(1)のためのプラスチックが均質なプラスチックであることを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載のエンジン補機駆動装置。
