Description
本発明のコンベヤベルト1は、従来構造のコンベヤベルトに比較してプレート2が特別な構造をしており、連続した二つのプレートの間の相対位置により搬送面が平らで連続しており、それを頑丈で信頼性のある移動面としている。このことは特に添付の図1から明らかである。
Claims (9)
- 少なくとも牽引ドラム(5)によって駆動されて少なくとも戻りドラム(12)によって張力を付与された金属製のネットベルト(8)であって、複数の独立した横ローラ(13)によって支持されたネットベルト(8)を備えるコンベヤベルト(1)であって、
前記コンベヤベルト(1)は、互いに部分的に重なった複数のプレート(2)を個々に支持して、極端な機械的応力に対して抵抗力のある可動の信頼できる面として働く平らな連続した搬送面を形成し、
前記各プレート(2)は、一つのプレート(2)の上部が次のプレート(2)の下部に重なるような形状を有しており、
前記各プレート(2)が上側プレート(3)およびベースプレート(4)を備えており、前記上側プレート(3)が次のプレート(2)の前記ベースプレート(4)に部分的に重なることによって、前記ドラム(5、12)周りで移動する場合でも前記ネットベルト(8)を保護するように連続した面を形成することを特徴とするコンベヤベルト(1)。 - 前記プレート(3、4)は、複数のボルト、ねじあるいはリベット(7)によって、前記ネットベルト(8)内に挿入された複数の板(9)に固定されている請求項1に記載のコンベヤベルト(1)。
- 前記プレート(2)が、搬送目的および搬送される材料の種類に応じて上向きあるいは下向きの横タブ(10)を備える請求項1または2に記載のコンベヤベルト(1)。
- 荷重支持ローラ(13)の支持部(15)が、許容される応力を超えた所定の時点で前記支持部(15)が破断するように調整された抵抗力を有する崩壊点(14)を備える請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のコンベヤベルト(1)。
- 前記搬送面上に1以上のそらせ板(11)および/または分離整流板(16)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のコンベヤベルト(1)。
- 搬送される材料から前記ネットベルト(8)に加わる衝撃による前記機械的応力が、前記コンベヤベルト(1)の動きの連続性に影響を与えることなく破断するように調整された荷重支持ローラ(13)の支持部(15)に伝えられる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のコンベヤベルト(1)の使用方法。
- 前記プレート(2)は、金属材料、合成材料あるいは有機材料から形成され、搬送される材料を横方向に排出するための1以上のそらせ板(11)、および/または、異なる性質の材料を前記コンベヤベルト(1)上で分離することを可能にするチャンネルを備える請求項6に記載のコンベヤベルト(1)の使用方法。
- 振動がないこと、および、前記プレート(2)が部分的に重なって平らな連続した搬送面を形成していることにより、金型部品のような特定の部品を搬送中に破損することなく搬送することを可能にする請求項6または7に記載のコンベヤベルト(1)の使用方法。
- 前記コンベヤベルト(1)を、前記コンベヤベルト(1)の移動中に作業できる状態で人を搬送することにも使用できるようにした請求項6に記載のコンベヤベルト(1)の使用方法。
