Description
本発明のコンベヤベルト1は、従来構造のコンベヤベルトに比較してプレート2が特別な構造をしており、連続した二つのプレートの間の相対位置により搬送面が平らで連続しており、それを頑丈で信頼性のある移動面としている。このことは特に添付の図1から明らかである。
Claims (8)
- 少なくとも牽引ドラム(5)により作動され、少なくとももどりドラム(12)により張力を付与され、複数の独立した横ローラ(13)によって支持された金属製のネットベルト(8)から成るコンベヤベルト(1)において、ベルト(1)は互いに部分的に重なった複数のプレート(2)を個々に支持しており、極端な機械的応力が存在しても可動の信頼できる作業面として働く平らな面の連続したベルトを形成するようになっていることを特徴とするコンベヤベルト(1)。
- 各プレート(2)が適当な形状の単一の要素あるいは2つの要素あるいはプレート(3,4)で作られており、そのうちの上側のプレート(3)がそれにつづくベースプレート(4)に部分的に重なっており、ドラム(5,12)上で回転する時でも連続した面を形成して支持ベルト(8)を保護するようになっている請求項1に記載のコンベヤベルト(1)。
- 上記要素あるいはプレート(3,4)が複数のボルト、ねじあるいはリベット(7)で、金属ネット(8)内に挿入された複数の板(9)に固定されている請求項2に記載のコンベヤベルト(1)。
- プレート(2)が搬送目的や搬送される材料の種類に応じて上向きあるいは下向きの横タブ(10)を備えている請求項2に記載のコンベヤベルト(1)。
- 搬送される材料からベルトに加わる衝撃による機械的応力が、コンベヤベルト(1)の動きの連続性に影響を与えることなく破断するように調整された荷重支持ローラ(13)の支持部(15)に伝わるようにした請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のコンベヤベルト(1)。
- プレート(2)が金属材料、合成材料あるいは有機材料で形成でき、それらが互いに部分的に重なって平らな面を形成し、搬送される材料を横方向に排出するための一つあるいはそれ以上のそらせ板(11)および/または異なる性質の材料をコンベヤベルト(1)上で分離するためのチャンネルを備えるようにした請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のコンベヤベルト(1)。
- 振動がないことと、プレート(2)が部分的に重なって平らな面を形成していることにより、金型部品のような特定の部品を搬送中に破損することなく搬送できるようにした請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のコンベヤベルト(1)。
- ベルト(1)を、コンベヤベルト(1)の移動中に作業できる状態で、人の搬送にも使用できるようにした請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のコンベヤベルト(1)。
