Description
本発明の第1の実施形態について、図1乃至図5を参照して説明する。
第1の実施形態の第1の変形例として、図6に示すように、先端硬性部本体31は、第2の外周露出部65に長手方向に沿って設けられ、先端硬性部本体31の外周面より内周方向に凹んだ凹部(第2の凹部)67を備えてもよい。これにより、先端硬性部本体31から撮像ユニット35を取り出す際に、より小さい負荷で第3の破壊部63を破壊することができる。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態について、図11及び図12を参照して説明する。本実施形態では第1の実施形態の先端硬性部本体31の構成を次の通り変更したものである。なお、第1の実施形態と同一の部分及び同一の機能を有する部分については同一の符号を付して、その説明は省略する。
第2の実施形態の第1の変形例として、図13に示すように、先端硬性部本体31は、長手方向に対して垂直な方向に沿って第1の内周面部41から第2の外周露出部65まで設けられる弱材料部(第2の弱材料部)85を備えてもよい。弱材料部85は、弱材料部81と同様に、先端硬性部本体31の弱材料部81,85以外の部分より強度の弱い材料であるゴム等から形成されている。これにより、先端硬性部本体31から撮像ユニット35を取り出す際に、より小さい負荷で第3の破壊部63を破壊することができる。
上述の実施形態及び変形例では、先端硬性部本体31では、弱材料部81,85以外の部分が、樹脂、セラミックス等の絶縁性を有する材料から形成されているが、導電性を有する金属等から形成されてもよい。また、図21に示す参照例では、弱材料部81が、第1の外周露出部57と第2の内周面部45との間の部位から第2の内周面部45まで設けられている。これにより、先端硬性部本体31のその他の部分より破壊され易い弱部55が形成される。
Claims (1)
- 体腔内に挿入される挿入部と、
前記挿入部に設けられる湾曲部と、
前記挿入部の前記湾曲部より先端方向側の部位に設けられる先端硬性部本体と、
前記先端構成部本体において先端面から長手方向に沿って設けられ、撮像ユニットを収容する空間を形成する第1の内周面部と、
前記先端構成部本体において前記先端面から前記長手方向に沿って設けられ、処置具が挿通される開口を形成する第2内周面部と、
前記先端構成本体部の外周面の一部と前記第2の内周面との間に設けられ、前記外周面の他の部分に比べ壊れ易い凹状に形成される弱材料部を備える第1の破壊部と、
前記第1の内周面と前記第2の内周面との間に設けられる第2の破壊部と、
前記第1の内周面と前記先端構成本体部の前記外周面の前記弱材料部とは異なる一部との間に設けられる第3の破壊部と、
前記湾曲部を覆うとともに、前記第1の破壊部を含む前記先端構成部本体の前記外周面を覆う樹脂製の外皮部材と、
を具備する内視鏡。
