Lq Zは、塩であり、Zは、q価のアニオンであり、Lは、アニオンZを平衡状態に置くために必要なMに類似するアルカリ金属イオンまたはアンモニウムイオン、あるいはMと、別のアルカリ金属イオンまたはアンモニウムイオンとの混合物であり、Zは、例えばLの塩またはアルミニウムの塩の形態で添加される酸基を含むものである)を有する。

(式中、mは、10以下であり、pは、0(含まれない)〜20であり、Rは、n価の1つまたは複数のカチオンであり、Xは、ケイ素および/またはゲルマニウム、好ましくはケイ素であり、Tは、次の元素:アルミニウム、鉄、ガリウム、ホウ素およびチタンからなる群から選ばれ、好ましくはアルミニウムである)により、無水塩基について表示される化学組成を有する。
a) 本発明による燐含有ゼオライト以外の少なくとも1つのゼオライト、好ましくはフォージャサイト構造型ゼオライトY 0〜60重量%、例えば0.1〜60重量%、好ましくは4〜50重量%、より好ましくは10〜40重量%と、
b) 先に記載された特徴を有する、少なくとも一部水素型の少なくとも1つのゼオライトIM−5−P 0.01〜97重量%、好ましくは0.05〜40重量%、より好ましくは0.1〜20重量%と、
c) 少なくとも1つのマトリックス少なくとも3重量%、好ましくは少なくとも20重量%、例えば40〜70重量%とを含むものである。

b) 先に記載された特徴を有する、少なくとも一部水素型の少なくとも1つのゼオライトIM−5−P 0.01〜97重量%、好ましくは0.05〜40重量%、より好ましくは0.1〜20重量%と、
c) 少なくとも1つのマトリックス少なくとも3重量%、好ましくは少なくとも20重量%、例えば40〜70重量%とを
含むものである。
・接触時間10〜60000ミリ秒
・仕込原料に対する触媒(C/O)の重量比0.5〜50
・反応温度400〜800℃
・圧力0.5〜10バール(1バール=105 Pa)
出発試料IM−5を、酸形態で構造化剤を用いないで使用した。
1.粉末形態のゼオライトを、下記を含む容器内での水溶液中に分散した:
*液体/固体重量比=10g/gの(脱イオン)水
*化学式NH4 H2 PO4 の燐酸アンモニウム形態での燐のX重量%であり、Xは燐の目指す百分率である。例えばゼオライト1gに対して、
・水10g
・ NH4 H2 PO4 (純度99%)0.0375×Xg
2.分散された混合物を、温度80℃で維持される減圧回転エバポレータ内に配置した。圧力を調整して、非常に急速な沸騰を避けるようにした:すなわち混合物は、約1時間経過時に乾燥されねばならない。
触媒を、燐を含むか、あるいは燐を含まないゼオライト0.5gと、シリカSiO2 (BASF D−11−11)2.5gとを混合させて調製した。このシリカを、空気下に800℃で11時間予め焼成した。この場合、比表面積は97m2 /gであった。
3触媒を、ガスオイルのクラッキングにおける比較用に調製した。それらのうちの各々について、結晶パラメータ2.432nmの超安定性ゼオライトY(USY)を使用した。添加剤(マトリックスおよびゼオライト)の量(燐を含まないIM−5と、実施例1に従って調製した燐2重量%を含むIM−5との比較用ZSM−5)を、《ゼオライトY/添加剤》重量比=3であるように添加した。ZSM−5のSi/Al比と、IM−5−PのSi/Al比とは、各々20および12である。次いで、触媒を、100%の水蒸気(スチーミング)下に750℃で5時間焼成した。触媒の使用された全体重量は、各実験に対して3gであった。

3触媒の性能を、520℃での減圧ガスオイル・クラッキングにおいて評価した。30秒の注入時間に対して、注入された減圧ガスオイルの重量が、4、3.5、3、2.5および2グラムである一方、触媒の重量は、一定の3.0グラムに留まった。転換率を、100−(LCO%+懸濁液%)として記載した。
Claims (7)
- プロピレンおよびブテンを製造するための重質石油フラクションの接触クラッキング方法であって、
a)少なくとも1つのフォージャサイト構造型ゼオライトY 0.1〜60重量%
b)少なくとも1つの窒素含有有機カチオンと、少なくとも1つの酸化ケイ素またはゲルマニウムと、Al、Fe、Ga、TiおよびBからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つの金属Tの酸化物と、少なくとも1つの燐化合物と、場合によってはアルカリ金属Mの酸化物および/またはアンモニウムと、あるいはそれらの前駆体とを接触させることにより調製された燐含有ゼオライトIM−5−Pであって、ケイ素またはゲルマニウムと、元素Tとを含み、かつ多くとも燐10重量%を含み、水素型である少なくとも1つの燐含有ゼオライトIM−5−P 0.01〜97重量%
c)少なくとも1つのマトリックス 少なくとも3重量%
を含む触媒組成物の存在下に行われる、方法。 - 接触クラッキング条件は、
・接触時間10〜60000ミリ秒
・仕込原料に対する触媒の重量比(C/O)0.5〜50
・反応温度400〜800℃
・圧力0.5〜10バール(1バール=105Pa)
である、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記燐含有ゼオライトIM−5−Pは、多くとも燐5重量%を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記燐含有ゼオライトIM−5−Pにおいて、元素TがAlであり、Si/Al原子比が、少なくとも5である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記燐含有ゼオライトIM−5−Pは、直接、酸攻撃法により金属Tを一部除去されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記燐含有ゼオライトIM−5−Pは、熱処理・酸攻撃法により金属Tを一部除去されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 熱処理が、水蒸気の存在下に行われる、請求項5または6記載の方法。
