Description
フェノチアジンはアクリル酸、エステル、モノマーの安定化のような広範な応用における阻害剤、酸化防止剤、連鎖停止剤(short−stopping agent)としてまたはクロロプレンモノマー、スチレンモノマー、他のビニル系モノマーのための安定化剤として、合成潤滑剤および油脂中の、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、ビニルエステル樹脂のためのポリオール中の酸化防止剤として、医薬品中間体として含有する極めて広範な応用に使用される芳香族アミンを原料とする製品である。
[発明の簡単な概要]
本発明は、一般的に球形である複数の小球を含む固体のフェノチアジンまたはその類似物またはその誘導体(これ以降こう記載する)を含む。
[発明の詳細な説明]
本発明の小球は小球を作成するために冷却したフェノチアジン材料の溶融した液滴を作成する複数の穴を有する少なくとも1個のノズルに溶融したフェノチアジン材料を供給する事によって作成しても良い。溶融したフェノチアジン材料は粉末または薄片のようなフェノチアジン材料いかなる有用な形態であっても良い。
[実施例1]
モデルとした実験室スケールのプリラーの中の小スケールの試行
1リットルの三口反応フラスコを薄片供給タンクに見せかけるために使用する。そのフラスコは窒素供給管、攪拌のための攪拌器、温度検査器、底の出口付きである。装置を真空に吸引し、窒素雰囲気内で製品を投入する前に3回窒素で空気除去を行った。反応器をその後に窒素中で約200℃での溶融状態に加熱したフェノチアジン薄片で充填した。溶融したフェノチアジンをその後にゆっくり底の出口バルブ(見せ掛けのノズル)を通じて真空ジャケット付きのデュワーフラスコの中の約1リットルの液体窒素(約−192℃)の中に滴下する。輝黄色小球が生成し、選択分析に掛ける。輝黄色小球は全ての製品仕様に合致しており、沈殿を生ぜず、標準的なフェノチアジン薄片に類似の方法と効率で処理する。
[実施例2]
市販のジェットプリラー中の大きなスケール試行
フェノチアジン薄片を供給タンク(1)に供給した。その薄片をその後に溶融し、約200℃3.1バールの圧力で(窒素ガス)調整タンク(3)に運搬した。その製品(3)をその後に窒素圧力中でモデルJP15/1クローズドループのジェットプリラーのノズルチャンバー(5)にそれぞれ約0.5mmの直径を有する100個の穴付きのノズル(7)を有するGMFGouda(6)から供給する。ノズル(7)を通過するフェノチアジン流速はノズルチャンバー内での一定の窒素圧力を維持する事によって制御する。その製品がノズル(7)を通過する時に、ノズルチャンバー(5)の壁の中の振動膜(9)によって1−2mmの液滴に分割され、1005−1007Hzの周波数でストロボスコープの助けによって制御した。
Claims (2)
- Hue Symbol 5YとColor Spaces 8/6〜8/12、8.5/4〜8.5/12、及び9/4〜9/6(いずれも両端の値を含む)によって定義されたMunsell Color Chartの領域内にある緑がかった黄色ないし黄色を有する複数のフェノチアジン小球であって、
ノズルチャンバーの穴付きのノズルで分割された液滴のサイズに応じた平均直径を有する前記複数のフェノチアジン小球であり、
不活性ガス雰囲気下にある前記ノズルチャンバーの穴付きのノズルにおいて溶融フェノチアジン流を前記平均直径をもたらす前記液滴のサイズを有する複数の液滴に分割する工程と、
頂上が前記ノズルチャンバーの穴付きのノズルに位置しているとともに液体窒素雰囲気下あるいは不活性ガス雰囲気下にある小球化塔において前記複数の液滴を冷却する工程とによって製造されることを特徴とするフェノチアジン固体製品。 - Hue Symbol 5YとColor Spaces 8/6〜8/12、8.5/4〜8.5/12、及び9/4〜9/6(いずれも両端の値を含む)によって定義されたMunsell Color Chartの領域内にある緑がかった黄色ないし黄色を有する複数のフェノチアジン小球であって、

頂上が前記ノズルチャンバーの穴付きのノズルに位置しているとともに液体窒素雰囲気下あるいは不活性ガス雰囲気下にある小球化塔において前記複数の液滴を冷却して前記フェノチアジン固体製品に形成する工程を有することを特徴とするフェノチアジン固体製品の製造方法。
