Claims (1)
- コイルによる電磁誘導加熱により発熱体を加熱する電磁誘導加熱装置であって、前記コイルは、線材が断面扁平型のリッツ線であり、前記発熱体の外周面に沿って、90度以上210度以下の角度範囲で配置され、
前記コイルは、幅狭に形成された幅狭部を対向及び密着させて、コイル支持面上に巻き回し、幅広に形成された扁平部を前記コイル支持面に当接させることにより、前記扁平部を前記発熱体の外周面に対向可能に配設して、
前記扁平部と前記幅狭部の寸法比を4:1とし、
前記コイルと断面円型の線材を巻回束に形成した断面円型コイルでは、互いに同一の外形を有する巻回束を形成した場合に、前記コイルの巻き数が前記断面円型コイルの半数となるように構成したことを特徴とする電磁誘導加熱装置。
