Description
本発明は、独立請求項の上位概念に記載の人員保護手段をドライブ制御するための装置および方法に関する。
これに対して、独立請求項の特徴部分に記載の構成を有する本発明の人員保護手段をドライブ制御するための装置もしくは本発明の人員保護手段をドライブ制御するための方法は、事故識別、事故重さ決定および精度に関する特別なQを有している、加速度信号に対する時間に無関係なアルゴリズムが使用されるという利点を有している。このことは、構成要素として、時間ではなく、加速度信号から導出される特徴を有しているベクトルが使用されることにある。
Claims (15)
- 加速度センサ系(BS1,BS2)の第1の信号および固体伝搬音センサ系(K1,K2)の第2の信号に依存して乗員保護手段(PS)をドライブ制御する評価回路(μC)を備えている乗員保護手段(PS)をドライブ制御するための装置であって、
前記評価回路(μC)は、前記第1の信号の低周波成分から導出された少なくとも2つの第1の特徴から成るベクトルの、特性曲線を基準とする位置に依存して、前記乗員保護手段(PS)をドライブ制御すべきか否かを決定する装置において、
前記評価回路(μC)は、前記乗員保護手段(PS)をドライブ制御すべきか否かの決定前に、前記特性曲線を前記第2の信号に依存して変更することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記評価回路(μC)は少なくとも2つの第1の特徴を形成するために、前記第1の信号の1回または2回の積分のために使用することができる積分器を有している
請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記特性曲線は前記第2の信号の少なくとも1つの第2の特徴に依存して変更され、ここで前記評価回路(μC)は少なくとも1つの第2の特徴を形成するためにバンドパスフィルタおよび引き続く包絡線形成部を有している
請求項1または2記載の装置。 - 前記評価回路(μC)は包絡線形成のために絶対値形成部およびローパスフィルタリング形成部を有している
請求項3記載の装置。 - 前記加速度センサ系(BS1,BS2)および固体伝搬音センサ系(K1,K2)は共通のセンサ系に具現化されており、ここで前記第1の信号と前記第2の信号との分離はフィルタにより実現されている
請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記加速度センサ系(BS1,BS2)および固体伝搬音センサ系(K1,K2)は別個のセンサ系に具現化されており、ここで加速度センサ系(BS1,BS2)および固体伝搬音センサ系(K1,K2)は一体構造のユニットに設けられている
請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記評価回路(μC)は付加的にベクトルに基づいて第2の特性曲線との比較にもより、トリガ事例が生じているかどうかを決定する
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 - 前記評価回路(μC)は前記第1の信号に基づいて乗員の動きを決定し、ここで評価回路(μC)は該動きに依存して前記乗員保護手段に対するトリガ時点を決定する
請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 - 加速度センサ系の第1の信号および固体伝搬音センサ系の第2の信号に依存して乗員保護手段をドライブ制御するための方法であって、
前記第1の信号の低周波成分から導出された少なくとも2つの第1の特徴から成るベクトルの、特性曲線を基準とする位置に依存して、前記乗員保護手段をドライブ制御すべきか否かを決定する方法において、
前記乗員保護手段をドライブ制御すべきか否かの決定前に、前記特性曲線を前記第2の信号に依存して変更する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記少なくとも2つの第1の特徴は、1回または2回の積分を用いて決定される
請求項9記載の方法。 - 前記特性曲線は前記第2の信号の少なくとも1つの第2の特徴に依存して変更され、ここで該少なくとも1つの第2の特徴は該第2の信号からバンドパスフィルタリングおよび引き続く包絡線形成を用いて生成される
請求項9または10記載の方法。 - 前記包絡線形成は絶対値形成部およびローパスフィルタリングにより実現される
請求項11記載の方法。 - 前記加速度センサ系および固体伝搬音センサ系が共通のセンサ系に具現化されている場合、前記第1の信号と前記第2の信号との分離はフィルタリングにより実現される
請求項9記載の方法。 - 付加的にベクトルと第2の特性曲線との比較により、トリガ事例が生じているかどうかが決定される
請求項9から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記第1の信号に基づいて乗員の動きが決定され、ここで該動きに依存して前記乗員保護手段に対するトリガ時点が決定される
請求項9から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
