Claims (11)
- 電極組立体が収容された缶をキャップ組立体に密封して形成されるベアセルと、
絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板の一面にCOB方式で取り付けられる電気素子と、
前記電気素子を包んで保護する樹脂層を含み、前記ベアセルと電気的に連結される保護回路モジュールと、
前記保護回路モジュールを包んで保護して前記ベアセルに結合させるカバーケースと、
を含み、
前記樹脂層は、前記ベアセルの長側辺に密着され、
前記樹脂層は、前記ベアセルの長側辺に対応する形態からなる凹部及び、前記凹部と繋がって形成される側壁部を含んでなり、
前記樹脂層は、前記凹部に形成される放熱ホールを含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記放熱ホールには、充電スイッチング素子、放電スイッチング素子及び制御回路を含む能動素子、サーミスタ及びPTC素子のうち少なくともいずれか1つの前記電気素子が取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記樹脂層は、前記側壁部から内側方向に形成される放熱溝を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記側壁部は、前記電気素子を覆うことができる厚さに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記樹脂層は、エポキシまたはエポキシを含む合成樹脂を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記樹脂層は、前記エポキシまたは前記エポキシを含む合成樹脂をモールディングして形成されるものであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記樹脂層は、前記ベアセルと前記保護回路モジュールとの間に少なくとも1つが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ベアセルと前記保護回路モジュールには、これらを電気的に連結するリードタブが取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記リードタブは、前記樹脂層と同じ高さに形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記保護回路モジュールは、
前記絶縁基板の一面に印刷される印刷回路パターンと、
前記印刷回路パターンと電気的に結合される導電パッドと、
前記絶縁基板の他面に形成され、前記印刷回路パターンと電気的に連結される充/放電端子と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記充/放電端子は、陽極端子、陰極端子及び前記陽極端子と前記陰極端子との間に形成される補助端子を含んで形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。
