Description
この問題と少なくとも10年間取り組んで来た当業界で当初から信じられているように、供給本体がフープ応力と熱応力だけの組合せにさらされた結果として供給本体で起る応力割れが早期に発生するとは、発明者は考えていない。応力割れの早期発生は、供給本体がフープ応力と熱応力と力学的負荷力(以下「負荷」と言う)との三つの組合せにさらされた結果で起こるものであると、発明者は信じている。ノズルを直接供給本体に当接させることで、負荷はノズルから直接供給本体へ伝達される。一旦、供給本体が負荷を受け止めると、応力割れの発生は加速度的に発達する。この問題の解決は、負荷を供給本体から他の隣接構造物(例えば金型)に亘り、及び/またはそれ自体に、絶対に供給本体へ負荷が達しないようにすることにあると、発明者は信じている。負荷を供給本体から背けることで、供給本体での応力割れの広がりの発生が減速または遅らされる。供給本体の負荷を処理しても応力割れの発生を完全には排除することはできないが、応力割れの発生が自然に遅れる。
Claims (13)
- 内部にインサート収容キャビティを画成した金型(24)に供給本体(12)から融成物を供給するホットランナー装置または成型機のための負荷管理装置であって、その負荷管理装置は、
前記インサート収容キャビティに収容される金型インサート(16)と、前記金型インサート(16)内のキャビティに受容される供給体保持子(22)とを備える負荷伝達体(22,16)と、
前記インサート収容キャビティ内のキャビティ内に受容された前記供給本体(12)から供給された前記融成物の軸方向に向かう負荷成分と半径方向に向かう負荷成分とを受け止めるようになっている負荷受止め表面(36,38)と、
前記金型(24)に当接するようになっていて、前記負荷伝達体(22,16)により前記負荷受止め表面(36,38)と接続される負荷付与表面(40)であって、前記負荷受け止め表面(36,38)により受け止められた相当量の負荷を前記金型(24)に伝達する負荷付与表面(40,46)とを備えることを特徴とする負荷管理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の負荷管理装置であって、前記負荷伝達体(22,16)は、その供給本体(12)から分断されるようになっていることを特徴とする負荷管理装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の負荷管理装置であって、前記負荷伝達体(22,16)は前記供給本体(12)から軸方向に離して配置されることを特徴とする負荷管理装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の負荷管理装置であって、前記負荷伝達体(22,16)は、前記供給本体(12)を、その供給本体(12)に融成物を供給するノズル(32)から離して配置するようになっていることを特徴とする負荷管理装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の負荷管理装置であって、前記負荷受止め表面(36,38)は負荷を、前記供給本体(12)に融成物を供給するノズル(32)から受け取るようになっていることを特徴とする負荷管理装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の負荷管理装置であって、前記負荷付与表面(40,46)は、前記供給本体(12)に融成物を供給するノズル(32)から受けた負荷量を前記金型(24)に付与するようになっていることを特徴とする負荷管理装置。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の負荷管理装置であって、前記負荷受止め表面(36,38)は、前記供給本体(12)に融成物を供給するノズル(32)に当接するように構成され、前記負荷付与表面(40)は前記金型(24)に当接するようになっていることを特徴とする負荷管理装置。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の負荷管理装置であって、前記負荷管理装置本体はさらに、前記負荷伝達体(22,16)内に冷却装置を有し、前記冷却装置は、前記供給本体(12)と前記金型インサート(16)との間の隙間を冷却するように構成されることを特徴とする負荷管理装置。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の負荷管理装置であって、前記供給体保持子(22)と前記負荷受け止め表面(36,38)とが接触していることを特徴とする負荷管理装置。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の負荷管理装置であって、前記供給体保持子(22)と前記負荷付与表面(40)とが接触していることを特徴とする負荷管理装置。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の負荷管理装置であって、前記融成物は金属合金スラリーであり、
前記負荷管理装置は、チキソモールディングのための成型機またはホットランナー組立体に用いられるものであることを特徴とする負荷管理装置。 - ホットランナー装置であって、
請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載された負荷管理装置とを備えることを特徴とするホットランナー装置。 - 成型機であって、
請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載された負荷管理装置とを備えることを特徴とする成型機。
