Claims (6)
- 搬送方向に沿って搬送中のワークに浸炭処理を施す浸炭ゾーンを備え、前記搬送方向における前記浸炭ゾーンの上流側に前記搬送方向に沿って連続して配置された複数の領域を有する炉と、
各1個のワークが載置されるとともに、同一平面内で前記搬送方向に沿って往復移動自在に配置された、前記複数の領域と同数である複数のパレットと、
前記複数のパレットに各1個ずつ載置された複数のワークを一体的に前記搬送方向に押圧するプッシャ装置と、
前記複数のパレットを一体的に前記搬送方向に押圧するとともに、前記複数のパレットのそれぞれを前記複数の領域のそれぞれに引き戻すプッシャ・プラー装置と、を備えた連続浸炭炉。 - 前記複数の領域における各領域間、及び前記複数の領域のうちで最も下流側の領域と前記浸炭ゾーンとの間のそれぞれを選択的に開閉する複数の中間扉をさらに備えた請求項1に記載の連続浸炭炉。
- 前記複数の領域は、前記搬送方向に沿ってこの順に配置された、搬送開始前のワークを待機させる搬入室と、外気から隔離されるパージ室と、ワークを前記浸炭処理時の浸炭温度より低温の予熱温度に加熱する昇温室と、を含み、
前記複数のパレットは、前記搬入室、パージ室及び昇温室のそれぞれに配置されるべきワークを載置する3個のパレットである請求項1又は2に記載の連続浸炭炉。 - 前記パージ室は、ワークに対する前処理を施す請求項3に記載の連続浸炭炉。
- 前記プッシャ・プラー装置は、前記複数のパレットの往動時に前記複数のパレットのうち前記搬送方向における最も上流側のパレットに前記搬送方向の下流側に向かって当接する突起部材と、前記複数のパレットの復動時に前記複数の領域のそれぞれの境界位置で前記複数のパレットのうち前記搬送方向のより上流側に位置するパレットに順次切り換えて係合するフック機構と、を含む請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の連続浸炭炉。
- 前記プッシャ・プラー装置は、リンクチェーンで構成された請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の連続浸炭炉。
