Description
患者識別装置のバーコードの走査、
臨床医バッジのバーコードの走査、
注入システムのバーコードの走査、および
IV薬剤容器ラベルのバーコードの走査、
を時には複数回するためのかなりの努力を伴うことがある。
1.パネルが注入ポンプまたは注入ポンプの制御装置58の差込みプラグと配線接続していてもよい。
2.ブルートゥース技術を使ってもよい。注入ポンプ56の制御装置58がブルートゥース通信によってパネル40と通信できる。
3.制御装置58に近接してIV支柱42に取付けた受動的受信器70がこの制御装置からパネル40へ送った無線信号を伝えることができる。この信号は、IV支柱の金属を介しまたは配線接続を介して伝えることができる。
4.直接接続。制御装置58の中の送信器(質問機)72がIV支柱42を導管として使ってパネル40へ信号を送れる。しかし、これは信号を多重化する可能性をなくするかも知れない。
上記から、この発明の原理によるシステムおよび方法は、適正な薬剤の注入を保証するために、流体源を注入ポンプに正しく接続したことを決めるための有効な手段を提供することが分るだろう。
Claims (50)
- 薬剤容器にある情報装置から薬剤送出情報を読取り且つその薬剤送出情報を薬剤送出装置へ提供するための投薬安全システムであって、
この情報装置のある薬剤容器が取付けてあるパネルであり、前記容器の前記薬剤へ振動を与える振動装置を含むパネル、
この薬剤容器に接続してあり、この容器の薬剤をこの薬剤送出装置へ導くように構成してある導管、
前記パネルに位置し、前記情報装置を無線で読んで前記情報装置に含まれる情報を表す情報信号を出すように構成してある読取り器、
前記薬剤送出装置に位置し、前記導管の前記薬剤の中の振動を検出するように構成してあり且つ振動を検知した時に振動信号を出すように構成してある振動センサ、および
前記読み取り器、前記振動センサ、及び前記振動装置に接続されて前記薬剤送出装置に位置し、この情報信号と前記振動信号とを受けて前記振動装置を作動させ、前記薬剤送出装置を前記情報信号に従って設定するように構成してある制御装置を含むシステム。 - 請求項1に記載の投薬安全システムに於いて、
前記情報装置が患者識別情報および注入ポンプをプログラムするパラメータを含み、
前記制御装置が更に前記患者識別情報を前記薬剤送出装置が関連付けてある患者からの情報と比較し、かつ前記薬剤送出装置を前記ポンプをプログラムするパラメータで自動的にプログラムするようになっているシステム。 - 請求項1に記載の投薬安全システムに於いて、前記制御装置が情報信号を無線で受けるように構成してあるシステム。
- 請求項1に記載の投薬安全システムに於いて、前記無線読取り器が前記薬剤容器の上の前記情報装置を読むRFID質問機を含むシステム。
- 請求項1に記載の投薬安全システムに於いて、前記パネルが、
各々それぞれの容器の薬剤を前記薬剤送出装置へ導くように構成してある導管を有し、および薬剤送出情報および患者識別情報を備える情報装置を有する、複数の薬剤容器を取付けられる複数位置、並びに
前記パネルに取付けてある前記薬剤容器における各情報装置に含まれる情報を読取るように、前記パネルに位置する少なくとも一つの無線情報読取り器装置を含むシステム。 - 請求項5に記載の投薬安全システムであって、更に、前記情報装置の各々に含まれる情報を表す多重化複数情報信号を提供する多重化装置を含むシステム。
- 請求項5に記載の投薬安全システムであって、前記パネルに位置する複数の無線情報読取り器装置を含み、前記パネルにそれぞれの読取り器装置に隣接して取付けてあるそれぞれの情報装置に含まれる情報を読取るようになっているシステム。
- 請求項7に記載の投薬安全システムに於いて、前記情報読取り器装置がRFID読取り器を含むシステム。
- 請求項5に記載の投薬安全システムに於いて、前記制御装置が前記容器の各々に対する患者識別情報を前記ポンプに関連付けられている患者と比較し、もしこれらの識別が符合しなければ、前記制御装置が警告を出すシステム。
- 請求項1に記載の投薬安全システムであって、更に、送出パラメータ検証システムを含み、該システムで前記情報装置から読取った送出パラメータを送出パラメータに対する許容範囲を有するデータベースと比較し、もし前記情報信号に含まれる送出パラメータが前記許容範囲外であれば、前記検証システムが警告を出すシステム。
- 請求項10に記載の投薬安全システムに於いて、前記データベースの前記許容範囲が所定のハード限界と所定のソフト限界を含み、もし前記情報信号からの送出パラメータがこのハード限界を超えれば、前記検証システムが前記ポンプを作動しなくし、およびもし前記情報信号からの送出パラメータがこのソフト限界を超えるが、このハード限界に等しくも超えもしなければ、前記ポンプを作動しなくせずに警告を出すシステム。
- 請求項10に記載の投薬安全システムに於いて、前記検証システムが前記制御装置内にあるシステム。

振動を、前記パネルで、前記薬剤容器内に含まれる前記薬剤に、与える工程、

情報信号を受け、薬剤送出システムを前記情報信号に従って設定する工程を含む方法。 - 請求項19に記載の投薬安全方法であって、更に、
前記情報装置が患者識別情報および注入ポンプをプログラムするパラメータを読取る工程、
