Abstract
【構成】折れ線が連続した縦型の筒状フィルタ1と、この上下に樹脂円板が接着剤にて接着された濾過ユニットAと、該濾過ユニットAの上下及び外周が強度的に保護され得る金属製で多数の通気孔を有する上側覆いB及び下側覆いCとからなること。上側覆いBと下側覆いCとが高さ方向で2分割されていること。この分割箇所は濾過作業時には上下は結合されていると共に、分解時には、前記分割箇所の円周方向は固定されていること。上側覆いB及び下側覆いCにはそれぞれ上側外筒51及び下側外筒55から設けられていること。

Claims (9)
- 多数の襞が連続した縦型の筒状フィルタと,該筒状フィルタの上下に樹脂円板が接着剤にて接着された濾過ユニットと、該濾過ユニットの上下及び外周が強度的に保護され得る金属製で多数の通気孔を有する上側覆い及び下側覆いとからなり、前記上側覆いと前記下側覆いとが高さ方向で2分割され、該分割箇所は濾過作業時には上下は結合されていると共に、分解時には、前記分割箇所の円周方向は固定されてなり、前記上側覆い及び前記下側覆いにはそれぞれ上側外筒及び下側外筒が設けられてなることを特徴とするフィルタ装置。
- 請求項1において、前記筒状フィルタの仮想内径が小円形に形成されると共に、該筒状フィルタの前記小円形内に装填される小径内筒が備えられ、該小径内筒にて前記上下の樹脂円板間を支持するように構成されてなることを特徴とするフィルタ装置。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記上側外筒及び下側外筒は下から上側まで同径の円筒状に形成されてなることを特徴とするフィルタ装置。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記上側覆いの上側外筒は下方に行くに従って、前記下側覆いの下側外筒は上方に行くに従ってそれぞれ直径が拡大するように形成されてなることを特徴とするフィルタ装置。
- 請求項1,2,3又は4の何れか1項において、前記分割箇所の円周には、補強杆部が形成されてなり、該補強杆部に環状バンドが着脱自在に装着されてなることを特徴とするフィルタ装置。
- 請求項5において、前記補強杆部は、前記上側覆いの上側外筒の下端と、前記下側覆いの下側外筒の上端とが適宜丸められて丸め部として形成されてなることを特徴とするフィルタ装置。
- 請求項5において、前記補強杆部は、金属製の線状部として形成されてなることを特徴とするフィルタ装置。
- 請求項1,2,3又は4の何れか1項において、前記分割箇所の一方には、補強杆部が形成されてなり、該補強杆部の円周上に複数の係止部が形成され、前記補強杆部に対応する分割箇所の他方には、前記係止部に係止される突起部が前記係止部に対応して設けられてなることを特徴とするフィルタ装置。
- 請求項1,2,3又は4の何れか1項において、前記上側覆いと前記下側覆いとが、合成樹脂製にて一体形成されると共に、分割箇所の一方の周縁には突起部が、他方には、前記突起部に係止及び解除可能な係止部が形成されてなることを特徴とするフィルタ装置。
