Claims (2)
- 抵抗体と、前記抵抗体の上流側に設けられ、前記抵抗体に液を供給する供給用配管と、前記供給用配管の途中に設けられた加圧ポンプと、前記抵抗体に接続され、前記抵抗体に供給される液を廃棄する廃液用配管と、前記廃液用配管の途中に配置されている流量センサと、前記抵抗体の前記廃液用配管を介して下流側に設けられ、前記抵抗体に供給された液を移動させる減圧ポンプと、を備える装置を用いる分析方法であって、
前記加圧ポンプおよび前記減圧ポンプを駆動させ、試料を通過させる前記抵抗体の内部に、前記供給用配管から液を充填する第1ステップと、
前記抵抗体の内部の液の一部を前記廃液用配管から廃棄し、前記抵抗体の内部に試料を充填する空間を確保する第2ステップと、
前記空間に試料を供給する第3ステップと、
前記抵抗体の内部において試料を移動させる第4ステップと、
前記抵抗体の内部における試料の移動時間を、前記流量センサを利用して測定する第5ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、分析方法。 - 前記流量センサとして、管状体と、前記管状体を移動する液体と空気との界面を検出するための複数の検知エリアを有するセンサ部と、を含んでいるものを用い、かつ、
前記第1ステップと前記第2ステップとの間において、前記管状体に空気を導入する第6ステップをさらに含んでいる、請求項1に記載の分析方法。
