Claims (3)
- 直線状に延び水平方向に対して傾斜している直線部を有する管状部材と、前記直線部を移動する第1流体と第2流体との界面を検出するための複数のセンサとを含み、分析装置における抵抗体を通過する試料の移動時間を測定するために、前記センサを用いて前記界面を検出することにより前記センサの位置を調整する流量センサの調整方法であって、
前記複数のセンサにおける最上流または最下流に位置するセンサを前記界面に位置合わせした後、前記第1流体または第2流体の所定量に対応する距離だけ前記界面を繰り返し移動させるとともに、前記界面を移動させる毎に前記複数のセンサにおける最上流または最下流に位置するセンサ以外のセンサの位置を調整することを特徴とする、流量センサの調整方法。 - 前記センサの位置を調整した後に、前記直線部の傾斜角度を調整することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流量センサの調整方法。
- 直線状に延び水平方向に対して傾斜している直線部を有する管状部材と、前記直線部を移動する第1流体と第2流体との界面を検出するための複数のセンサとを含み、分析装置における抵抗体を通過する試料の移動時間を測定するために、前記センサを用いて前記界面を検出することにより前記センサの位置を調整する流量センサの調整方法であって、
基準管内における前記第1流体または前記第2流体の移動時間または移動速度を、前記複数のセンサを用いて前記界面を検出することにより測定する工程と、
実際に前記分析装置に組み込む前記直線部内における前記第1流体または前記第2流体の移動時間または移動速度を、前記複数のセンサを用いて前記界面を検出することにより測定する工程と、
前記直線部内において測定された移動時間または移動速度を、前記基準管内において測定された移動時間または移動速度に合うよう、前記複数のセンサにおける最上流または最下流に位置するセンサ以外のセンサの位置を調整する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、流量センサの調整方法。
