Description
Claims (14)
- 液体の化学的又は物理的パラメータを測定するための少なくとも1個の測定装置又はセンサを有し、液体で満たされた測定セル内の気泡の検出のための方法において、液体の導電率、インピーダンス又は抵抗を測定セル内において第1の圧力値p1で測定し、こうして第1の測定値S1を検出し、測定セル内の圧力を変えて、少なくとも1つの第2の圧力値p2で液体の導電率、インピーダンス又は抵抗を測定し、こうして第2の測定値S2を検出し、2つの測定値S1及びS2の比較から液中の気泡の有無を推定することを特徴とする方法。
- 気泡が、空気泡からなる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 液体が、試料液、品質検査液又は検定液である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 2つの測定値S1及びS2の標準化した差値、例えばΔS/S1を算出し、しきい値と比較することにより液中の気泡の有無を推定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 測定値の比S2/S1を算出し、しきい値と比較することによって液中の気泡の有無を推定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 測定セル内の圧力の変化の後に導電率、インピーダンス又は抵抗の時間的経過を測定し、時間的に外挿した値としきい値を比較することによって液中の気泡の有無を推定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 測定セル内の圧力の変化を100〜300mbarの圧力上昇として行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 測定セル内の圧力の変化を100〜400mbarの圧力低下として行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 測定セル内の圧力の変化を250mbarの圧力低下として行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 圧力の変化の後であって第2の測定値S2の検出の前に待機時間を設けることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 液体の化学的又は物理的パラメータの本来の測定の後に液中の気泡の検出を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 導電率、インピーダンス又は抵抗の測定のために測定セル入口及び測定セル出口の電気接点を使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 導電率、インピーダンス又は抵抗を測定セル入口と測定セル出口の間の少なくとも1個の別の接点に関して測定することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 測定セルの少なくとも2つの部分の導電率値、インピーダンス値又は抵抗値を比較して、気泡の所在を確認することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
