Description
実施の形態1を図1〜5にしたがって説明する。替刃1は、木材加工用及び木材加工に類する切削用工具の替刃であって、図1に示すように超高硬度焼結層2と超硬合金層3の二層を備えている。超高硬度焼結層2は、多結晶ダイヤモンド(PCD)や多結晶立方晶窒化硼素(PCBN)等から形成されており、耐摩耗性に優れている。
実施の形態2を図6にしたがって説明する。実施の形態2は、実施の形態1とほぼ同様に形成されているが、切れ刃2cの形状が実施の形態1の図2に示す切れ刃2aの形状と相違している。以下、相違点を中心に実施の形態2について説明する。
実施の形態3を図7にしたがって説明する。実施の形態3は、実施の形態1とほぼ同様に形成されているが、溝3aを超硬合金層3側に有している点において実施の形態1と相違している。以下、相違点を中心に実施の形態3について説明する。
Claims (3)
- 切削用工具の替刃であって、
超高硬度焼結層と超硬合金層を有する焼結ブランクから切り出したチップのみから成り、前記チップは、刃裏面側が前記超高硬度焼結層になるように前記焼結ブランクから切り出されかつ前記チップの先端縁に切れ刃が形成され、前記チップの刃裏面に前記切れ刃の刃長方向に延在する溝が形成され、
前記超高硬度焼結層が多結晶ダイヤモンド焼結層である切削用工具の替刃。 - 請求項1に記載の切削用工具の替刃であって、
両端縁に切れ刃を有し、前記両端縁の略中間位置に溝を有している切削用工具の替刃。 - 請求項1または2に記載の切削用工具の替刃であって、
溝の深さが超高硬度焼結層の厚み7割以上、12割以下である切削用工具の替刃。
