Claims (2)
- 複数の気相成分を供給する気相成分供給手段と、キャリヤガスを該気相成分供給手段に導入するキャリヤガス導入手段と、該キャリヤガスにより導入される該気相成分を、液体窒素により冷却して捕捉する気相成分捕捉手段と、該気相成分捕捉手段により捕捉された該気相成分を、個々の成分に分離する分離手段と、該分離手段により分離された該成分を検出する検出手段と、該分離手段に導入される気体の圧力が所定圧力を下回る状態が所定時間継続したときに異常と判断して装置の作動を停止する異常停止手段とを備える気相成分分析装置において、
該キャリヤガス導入手段に供給されるキャリヤガスを、窒素の沸点より低い沸点を有する第1のキャリヤガスと、窒素の沸点より高い沸点を有する第2のキャリヤガスとに切り替えるキャリヤガス切替手段と、
第1のキャリヤガスを供給する第1の供給源と該キャリヤガス切替手段とを接続する第1のガス導管と、
空気と、窒素及び酸素を混合してなる混合ガスと、純酸素とからなる群から選択される1種のガスからなる第2のキャリヤガスを供給する第2の供給源と該キャリヤガス切替手段とを接続する第2のガス導管と、
第2のガス導管の途中に設けられ、第2のキャリヤガスを、その一部が該気相成分捕捉手段に捕捉されたときに残部を該分離手段に導入可能に貯留するガス貯留手段とを備えることを特徴とする気相成分分析装置。 - 第2のガス導管の前記ガス貯留手段の下流に、前記キャリヤガス切替手段へ導入される第2のキャリヤガスの流量を調整する流量調整手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の気相成分分析装置。
