Claims (5)
- 機械壁部に取り付けるための電磁解放式ばね圧ブレーキにおいて、ブレーキが長方形又は正方形輪郭の単一のコイルホルダ(1)及びそれぞれ横に並ぶ2個のコイル(7及び7.1)を有し、これらのコイルに2個の別個の隣接するアーマチュアディスク(2及び2.1)がそれぞれ割り当てられ、アーマチュアディスク(2及び2.1)が各側面に摩擦ライニング(4)を張った共通の中心ロータ(3)を押し付け、ロータ(3)は軸方向に歯を付けたボス(5)の上で軸方向に移動可能であることを特徴とするばね圧ブレーキ。
- 固定ねじ(9)がアーマチュアディスク(2又は2.1)に対称に、かつ該ロータ(3)の最大可能な直径の外側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のばね圧ブレーキ。
- 各アーマチュアディスク(2又は2.1)ごとに手動レリーズピン(11)付きのハンドレバー(10、10.1)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のばね圧ブレーキ。
- コイルホルダケース(1)及び両方の端面にブレーキライニング(4)を張った中心ブレーキロータを有し、
−コイルホルダケース(1)を機械壁部に固定するための、ブレーキロータ(3)の半径方向外側の少なくとも4個の固定ねじ(9)、
−主軸(12、12.1)が互いに平行し、コイルホルダケース(1)の中で中心ブレーキロータ(3)の軸線の両側に配置された少なくとも2個の、互いに分離された電磁石コイル(7、7.1)
を有する機械壁部に取り付けるための電磁解放式ばね圧ブレーキにおいて、
−長方形又は正方形輪郭の一体のコイルホルダケース(1)と、中心ブレーキロータ(3)の両側に配置され、一方(2)が第1のコイル(7)に、他方(2.1)が第2のコイル(7.1)にそれぞれ磁気的に割り当てられた2個の別個のアーマチュアディスク(2、2.1)と、各アーマチュアディスクが制動のためにブレーキロータに接し、又はブレーキロータの解放のためにコイルホルダケースに接するように軸方向移動可能に4個の固定ねじ(9)のそれぞれ2個に支承されていることと
を特徴とするばね圧ブレーキ。 - 細長い各アーマチュアディスク(2、2.1)の短辺が縦中心軸(13、13.1)の区域で、4個の固定ねじ(9)の内の2個に対称に直接に−又はスペーサ(8)を介して間接に−通されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のばね圧ブレーキ。
