Claims (4)
- 互いに咬み合うスクリュロータにより形成され作動媒体を膨張させる膨張空間と、
前記膨張空間と連通する作動媒体入口および作動媒体出口と、
前記スクリュロータのロータ軸を支持する軸受と、
前記膨張空間または前記軸受に油を供給する油入口と、
前記膨張空間または前記軸受から油を排出する油出口と
を有するスクリュ膨張機と、
前記スクリュロータのロータ軸と接続される発電機と、
前記作動媒体出口および前記油出口と接続され、前記作動媒体出口からの作動媒体と前記油出口からの油とを送流する本体出口側ラインと、
前記本体出口側ラインに介設された凝縮器と、
前記本体出口側ラインと接続され、前記本体出口側ラインにより送流される作動媒体と油との混合物を圧送するポンプと、
前記ポンプにより圧送される混合物中の作動媒体を蒸発させる蒸発器と
を備え、
前記蒸発器からの作動媒体を前記作動媒体入口に循環供給するとともに前記蒸発器からの油を前記油入口に循環供給する発電装置において、
前記蒸発器と前記スクリュ膨張機との間に、作動媒体と油とに分離し、分離した作動媒体を収容する作動媒体収容部と分離した油を収容する油収容部とを有する油分離タンクを介設し、
前記油分離タンクの油収容部と前記スクリュ膨張機の油入口とを接続し、
前記油入口は、前記軸受と連通する第1油入口と前記膨張空間と連通する第2油入口とからなり、
前記油分離タンクの作動媒体収容部と前記スクリュ膨張機の作動媒体入口との間に上流側の圧力が下流側の圧力より大きな値となるように上流側の圧力と下流側の圧力とを調整する圧力調整手段を介設したことを特徴とする発電装置。 - 前記凝縮器から前記蒸発器側へ送流される前記混合物と前記油分離タンクから前記油入口を通して前記軸受に供給される油とが熱交換する熱交換器を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発電装置。
- 前記蒸発器の上流側に、前記ポンプにより圧送される混合物を加熱する予熱器を設けるとともに、
生産井からの気体および液体を含む混合物を気体と液体とに分離し、前記気体を収容する気体収容部と該気体収容部の下方に位置し前記液体を収容する液体収容部とを有する気液分離器を設け、
前記気液分離器の気体収容部から気体を前記蒸発器に送気し、前記蒸発器で前記気体との熱交換により前記混合物を蒸発させ、前記蒸発器からの気体、液体、または、気液混合物と前記気液分離器の液体収容部からの液体とを合流させて前記予熱器に送流し、前記予熱器で前記合流させた液体、または、気液混合物と前記ポンプにより圧送される混合物とを熱交換した後、前記予熱器から還元井に気液混合物を送出することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の発電装置。 - 前記本体出口側ラインと前記ポンプの出口と接続されたポンプ出口側ラインに接続され、開閉弁が介設された戻し流路を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の発電装置。
