Claims (6)
- 作動媒体の蒸気と潤滑油が導入される膨張室が内部に設けられたケーシングと、
前記膨張室に導入された作動媒体の蒸気から膨張力を受けることにより回転駆動される膨張機ロータと、
前記膨張機ロータに連結されて当該膨張機ロータの回転に伴って回転する発電機ロータを有し、当該発電機ロータの回転により発電を行う発電機と、
前記膨張機ロータが回転自在となるように前記膨張機ロータの回転軸を前記膨張室の作動媒体の導入口側で支持する第1軸受と、
前記膨張機ロータが回転自在となるように前記膨張機ロータの回転軸を前記膨張室の作動媒体の導出口側で支持する第2軸受とを備え、
前記ケーシング内には、前記膨張室の前記導入口よりも低圧であり、前記第1軸受を収容する第1軸受室が設けられ、
前記第1軸受室において前記第1軸受の最下部よりも上方の位置には、当該第1軸受室よりも低圧の低圧部へ潤滑油を導く通路が繋がり、
前記ケーシング内における前記第1軸受室と前記膨張室との間の位置には、前記回転軸の外周を封止する軸封が設けられ、
前記第1軸受室と繋がる前記通路の端部の下端は、前記軸封の最下部よりも下方に位置する、発電装置。 - 前記通路の端部は、前記第1軸受室の側部に繋がる、請求項1に記載の発電装置。
- 前記膨張室は、当該膨張室に対する作動媒体の導入口と当該膨張室からの作動媒体の導出口との間に位置し、前記導入口と前記導出口との中間の圧力を有する中間部を有し、
前記低圧部は、前記中間部である、請求項1又は2に記載の発電装置。 - 前記ケーシング内には、前記第1軸受室よりも低圧であり、前記第2軸受を収容する第2軸受室が設けられ、
前記低圧部は、前記第2軸受室である、請求項1又は2に記載の発電装置。 - 前記ケーシングには、前記第1軸受室よりも低圧であり、前記膨張室の前記導出口から排出される作動媒体を当該ケーシングの外部へ排出する排出口が設けられ、
前記低圧部は、前記排出口である、請求項1又は2に記載の発電装置。 - 前記膨張機ロータを含む一対の膨張機ロータを備えるとともに、前記一対の膨張機ロータの前記回転軸をそれぞれ支持する一対の前記第1軸受を備え、
前記ケーシング内には、前記一対の第1軸受をそれぞれ収容する一対の前記第1軸受室と、前記一対の第1軸受室同士を連通させる連通路が設けられ、
前記連通路は、前記各第1軸受の最下部よりも上方に位置する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の発電装置。
