Claims (4)
- 作動媒体を蒸発させる蒸発器と、
膨張機ハウジングを有し、油で潤滑され、前記蒸発器において蒸発した前記作動媒体の膨張力を回転力に変換し、膨張した前記作動媒体を排気流路を介して排出する膨張機と、
前記膨張機から排出された前記作動媒体から油を分離する油分離器と、
前記油分離器で油を分離した前記作動媒体を凝縮させる凝縮器と、
前記凝縮器で凝縮した前記作動媒体を加圧して前記蒸発器に環流させる循環ポンプと、
前記膨張機の膨張機ハウジングに一体に接続された発電機ハウジングを有し、前記膨張機によって駆動される回転子および固定子を収容した発電機室を備える発電機と、
前記油分離器が分離した前記油を加圧して油供給流路を介して前記膨張機に環流させる油ポンプと、
前記油ポンプの下流にて前記油供給流路から分岐し、油制御弁が介設され、前記発電機ハウジングに設けられた油供給口に潤滑油を供給する冷却油流路と、
前記固定子の温度を検出する温度センサとを有し、
前記温度センサの検出値が所定温度より高い場合には、前記油制御弁を開放し、前記油ポンプが加圧した油の一部を、前記発電機室に供給し、前記回転子および固定子を冷却し、前記排気流路に排出することを特徴とする発電装置。 - 前記発電機室の底部の前記回転子の回転軸方向の一端側に、前記排気流路に連通する油排出口が形成され、前記発電機室の前記回転子の回転軸方向の他端側に、前記油を供給するための油供給口が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発電装置。
- 前記発電機は、冷却水が挿通されるジャケットを備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の発電装置。
- 前記発電機ハウジングの外形が略直方体状であり、
前記発電機ハウジングには、前記回転子の回転軸と略平行な4つの面に沿って延伸して両端に開口を形成する複数の貫通穴からなる冷却水路が設けられ、
前記開口のいくつかを冷却水を給排水するための水入口および水出口とし、他の前記開口を封止したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の発電装置。
