Description
技術的課題
従って、本発明は、従来技術において生じる上記の問題を解決するためになされたものであり、本発明の目的は、バーナーの燃焼熱で加熱された熱交換配管内で、ボイラの運転開始時に、冷水が導入される熱交換器の入口へ温水から熱エネルギーを伝達することができる補助熱根交換器を有する温水供給装置を提供することであり、これによって、熱源水が導入される熱交換器の入口での凝縮水の生成と部品の腐食を抑止することができる。
本発明の目的を達成するため、熱交換器であって、前記熱交換器に加熱水を導入するための入口管、ならびに前記入口管に接続され順次配置された、第一、第二、および第三熱交換配管を含む熱交換器と、前記加熱水が導入される前記熱交換器の入口に設置された補助熱交換装置であって、前記入口管を前記第一熱交換配管に接続する第一補助熱交換配管、前記第二熱交換配管を前記第三熱交換配管へ接続する第二補助熱交換配管、および前記第二補助熱交換配管から前記第一補助熱交換配管へ熱エネルギーを伝達するための熱伝達フィンを含む補助熱交換装置とを備える温水供給装置が提供される。
本発明による補助熱交換器を有する温水供給装置は、熱交換器の入口に設置された入口管から導入される冷水の温度を上昇させるための補助熱交換器を備える。それによって凝縮水の生成とボイラの部品の腐食が抑止される。
以降、本発明による温水供給装置の構造および動作を添付の図面を参照して詳細に記載する。
上記のように、本発明は、温水を供給する装置およびボイラに適用することができ、給水管から導入された冷水の温度を上昇させることにより、凝縮水の生成と温水供給装置の部品の腐食を抑止する。
Claims (2)
- 熱交換器であって、前記熱交換器に加熱水を導入するための入口管、ならびに前記入口管に接続され順次配置された、第一、第二、および第三熱交換配管、および各熱交換配管内の加熱水を加熱するバーナーを含む熱交換器と、前記加熱水が導入される前記熱交換器の入口に設置された補助熱交換装置であって、前記入口管を前記第一熱交換配管に接続する第一補助熱交換配管、前記第二熱交換配管を前記第三熱交換配管へ接続する第二補助熱交換配管、および前記第二補助熱交換配管から前記第一補助熱交換配管へ熱エネルギーを伝達するための熱伝達フィンを含む補助熱交換装置と、を備え、
前記第一補助熱交換配管、前記第二補助熱交換配管及び前記熱伝達フィンが前記補助熱交換装置内に封入されており、
前記補助熱交換装置が、前記バーナーからの熱伝達に対して、遮蔽壁によって絶縁されている、
温水供給装置。 - 前記第二補助熱交換配管が、一方の端部で前記第二熱交換配管に直接に接続され、かつ他方の端部で前記第三熱交換配管に直接に接続されている、請求項1に記載の温水供給装置。
