Abstract
Description
技術的課題
従って、本発明は、従来技術で生じている上記の問題を解決するためになされたものであり、本発明の目的は、バーナーの燃焼熱で加熱された熱交換器内部の温水から、冷水が導入される内管へ、熱エネルギーを伝達することができる二重管を有する温水供給装置を提供することであり、これにより、水分の凝縮を抑止し、温水供給装置の各部品の腐食を防ぐことができる。
本発明の目的を達成するために、熱を供給するためのバーナーと、冷水を供給するための給水管と、前記バーナーの燃焼熱を直接受けるための外管、および前記外管の中に形成された内管を含むことにより、前記給水管から導入された冷水が前記内管を通過する間に加熱されることを可能とする、二重管を有して形成された熱交換配管と、前記加熱された水を前記熱交換配管から出すための出水管とを備える温水供給装置が提供される。
本発明に従った二重管を有する温水供給装置において、熱交換器の入口ポートに設置された給水管に接続された第一の熱交換配管は、外管と内管を含む二重管を有して形成されており、入口管から導入された冷水を昇温させることで、凝縮水の生成とボイラの各部品の腐食を抑止することができる。
以下では、本発明に従った温水供給装置の構成と動作を添付の図面を参照して説明する。
図5は、本発明の別の実施形態に従った温水供給装置を示す概略図である。
上記のように、本発明は、温水を供給する装置のために適用することができ、入口管から導入された冷水を昇温させることにより、凝縮水の生成と温水供給装置の各部品の腐食を抑止することができる。
Claims (5)
- 熱を供給するためのバーナーと、冷水を供給するための給水管と、前記バーナーの燃焼熱を直接受けるための外管、および前記外管の中に形成された内管を含むことにより、前記給水管から導入された冷水が前記内管を通過する間に加熱されることを可能とする二重管を有して形成された熱交換配管と、前記加熱された水を前記熱交換配管から出すための出水管とを備える温水供給装置。
- 複数の内管が平行に配置され、かつ前記外管に挿入されている、請求項1に記載の温水供給装置。
- 前記内管が、前記外管に所望の深さまで挿入されつつ、前記内管へ導入された冷水が、前記外管の側壁によって阻止されていることにより、導入された方向とは反対の方向に流れる、請求項1または2に記載の温水供給装置。
- 前記給水管が延びている、流路を提供するためのキャップが、第一および第二の熱交換配管の一端を閉鎖するために設置されている、請求項1または2に記載の温水供給装置。
- 前記内管で第一に加熱された水を第二に加熱するために、戻り配管が、燃焼室の外壁に接触しており、前記戻り配管で加熱された水を第三に加熱するために前記外管に接続されている、請求項1に記載の温水供給装置。
