Description
a)ポリアミド成形材料を準備し、この場合には、ポリアミドの末端基の少なくとも60%は、アミノ末端基として存在し、
b)ポリアミド成形材料とポリアミド100質量部に対して、少なくとも2個のカーボネート単位を有する化合物0.005〜10質量部とのプレミックスを製造し、
c)このプレミックスを場合によっては貯蔵しおよび/または輸送し、
d)引続きこのプレミックスを、ISO 11357によるDSCを用いて測定された、少なくとも255℃のクリスタリット融点Tmおよび/またはISO 11357によるDSCを用いて測定された、少なくとも180℃のガラス転移温度Tgを有する高溶融性ポリマーをベースとする成形材料と同時押出し、この場合には、この工程で初めてポリアミド成形材料と少なくとも2個のカーボネート単位を有する化合物との混合物は、溶融されることを特徴とする、多層複合体の製造法によって解決された。
テレフタル酸と2.2.4−トリメチルヘキサメチレンジアミンおよび2.4.4−トリメチルヘキサメチレンジアミンからなる異性体混合物とからなるポリアミド、
イソフタル酸と1.6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンとからなるポリアミド、
テレフタル酸/イソフタル酸からの混合物と1.6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンとからなるコポリアミド、
イソフタル酸と3.3′−ジメチル−4,4′−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタンとラウリンラクタムまたはカプロラクタムとからなるコポリアミド、
1.12−ドデカン二酸と3.3′−ジメチル−4.4′−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタンと場合によってはラウリンラクタムまたはカプロラクタムとからなる(コ)ポリアミド、
イソフタル酸と4,4′−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタンとラウリンラクタムまたはカプロラクタムとからなるコポリアミド、
1.12−ドデカン二酸と4.4′−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタンとからなるポリアミド、
テレフタル酸/イソフタル酸混合物と3.3′−ジメチル−4.4′−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタンとラウリンラクタムとからなるコポリアミド。
第1アミノ基25〜46%、
第2アミノ基30〜45%および
第3アミノ基16〜40%を有する分枝鎖状ポリエチレンイミンである。
着色剤:二酸化チタン、鉛白、亜鉛白、リプトン(Liptone)、アンチモン白、カーボンブラック、酸化鉄黒、マンガン黒、コバルト黒、アンチモン黒、鉛クロム酸塩、鉛丹、亜鉛黄、亜鉛緑、カドミウム赤、コバルト青、ベルリン青、ウルトラマリン、マンガンバイオレット、カドミウム黄、シュヴァインフルト緑(Schweinfurter Gruen)、モリブデンオレンジおよびモリブデン赤、クロムオレンジおよびクロム赤、酸化鉄赤、酸化クロム緑、ストロンチウム黄、モリブデン青、白亜、黄色土、アンバー、緑土、テラディシエナ(Terra di Siena)焼土、黒鉛または可溶性の有機着色剤。
前記添加剤は、当業者に公知の通常の量で使用されることができる。
フルオロポリマー、例えばポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロペン−コポリマー(FEP)またはエチレン−テトラフルオロエチレン−コポリマー(ETFE);
ポリアミドおよびコポリアミド、例えばPA46、PA66、PA9T、PA12T、PA66/6T、PA6/6TまたはPA6T/MPMDT(MPMDは、2−メチレンペンタメチレンジアミンを表わす);
ポリエーテルケトン、例えばPEEK、PEKKまたはPEK;
液晶ポリマー(LCP)、例えば液晶ポリエステル;
ポリエチレンスルフィド(PPS);

シンジオタクチックポリスチレン。
必要な場合には、ポリアミド成形材料と高溶融性ポリマーをベースとする成形材料との層付着は、適当な付着助剤を使用することによって達成されうる。

型Werner & Pfleiderer ZSK 30の二軸押出機上で第1表中に記載された組成物を製造した。
延性レオメーターを用いて第2表中に記載の組成物を溶融剛性に対して240℃または300℃で試験した。
Claims (5)
- 多層複合体の製造法において、
a)ポリアミド成形材料を準備し、この場合には、ポリアミドの末端基の少なくとも60%は、アミノ末端基として存在し、
b)ポリアミド成形材料とポリアミド100質量部に対して、少なくとも2個のカーボネート単位を有する化合物0.005〜10質量部とのプレミックスを製造し、
c)このプレミックスを場合によっては貯蔵しおよび/または輸送し、
d)引続きこのプレミックスを、ISO 11357によるDSCを用いて測定された、少なくとも255℃のクリスタリット融点Tmおよび/またはISO 11357によるDSCを用いて測定された、少なくとも180℃のガラス転移温度Tgを有する高溶融性ポリマーをベースとする成形材料と同時押出し、この場合には、この工程で初めてポリアミド成形材料と少なくとも2個のカーボネート単位を有する化合物との混合物は、溶融されることを特徴とする、多層複合体の製造法。 - ポリアミド成形材料の製造の際にジアミンまたはポリアミンを調節剤として使用する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 高溶融性ポリマーがISO 11357によるDSCを用いて測定された、少なくとも270℃のクリスタリット融点Tmおよび/またはISO 11357によるDSCを用いて測定された、少なくとも190℃のガラス転移温度を有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2個のカーボネート単位を有する化合物をマスターバッチとして使用する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項の記載により製造された多層複合体。
