Description
Claims (11)
- 噴射ガスが収容されるボディと、
前記ボディに備えられ、進行めっき鋼板の表面に噴射ガスを吐出するように構成される多段ノズルユニットと、
を含んで構成され、
前記ボディは、該ボディに連結された供給管を通じて供給される噴射ガスを内部に収容するための空間を形成するチャンバからなり、
前記チャンバの一側壁には、噴射ガスを排出する噴射ガス排出孔が備えられ、
前記ボディの内部には、前記チャンバの内部の噴射ガス収容空間を第1、第2均圧空間として形成し、ガス通過孔が形成された隔壁が備えられ、
前記多段ノズルユニットは、
前記チャンバの噴射ガス排出孔と連通するように前記チャンバの一側壁に備えられるメインノズルと、
前記メインノズルの上側と下側に噴射ガス排出孔と連通するように夫々備えられる少なくとも1つ以上の補助ノズルと
を含み、
前記メインノズルの内側に形成され、前記第2均圧空間と噴射ガス排出孔を通じて連通する第3均圧空間をさらに含む多段ノズル型ガスワイピング装置。 - 1つのメインノズルと、該メインノズルの上側と下側に順次に夫々備えられる第1、第2補助ノズルとを含んで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段ノズル型ガスワイピング装置。
- 前記メインノズルと少なくとも1つ以上の補助ノズルは、前記チャンバの一側壁に取り付けられてメイン及び補助ガス吐出口を形成する上・下部リブで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段ノズル型ガスワイピング装置。
- 前記チャンバから鋼板進行方向に補助ガス吐出口とメインガス吐出口の順に間隔を空けて配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の多段ノズル型ガスワイピング装置。
- 前記チャンバは、
内部に噴射ガス収容空間を形成するチャンバボディと、
前記チャンバボディの一側に備えられ、多段ノズルユニットのリブが設けられるリブ支持ユニットと、
で構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項3に記載の多段ノズル型ガスワイピング装置。 - 前記リブ支持ユニットは、
前記メイン及び少なくとも1つ以上の補助ノズルの上・下部リブが傾斜して移動することができるように締結されるリブ支持部と、
前記チャンバに収容された噴射ガスをリブとの間に形成されたガス吐出口側に排出させるガス排出孔が備えられ、前記リブ支持部と一体となってワイピング装置の荷重に対する支柱の役割を行う支持ユニットボディと、
を含んで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の多段ノズル型ガスワイピング装置。 - 前記チャンバの均圧空間の内部に備えられ、噴射ガスのメインノズルと補助ノズルへのガス流動量を調整するように構成された第1ガスガイドをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の多段ノズル型ガスワイピング装置。
- 前記第1ガスガイドは、リブ支持ユニットのメインノズル側のリブ支持部に回転可能に連結され、垂直連携された駆動ユニットとして前記チャンバの内部で旋回可能に設けられるガイド板を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の多段ノズル型ガスワイピング装置。
- 前記駆動ユニットは、噴射ガスの流動に干渉されないように前記チャンバの側壁に備えられ、前記ガイド板が連結される駆動シリンダで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の多段ノズル型ガスワイピング装置。
- 前記チャンバの均圧空間の内部に備えられ、噴射ガスのメインノズルと補助ノズルへの流動量を一定に維持するように提供された第2ガスガイドをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段ノズル型ガスワイピング装置。
- 前記第2ガスガイドは、前記チャンバの第2均圧空間の内部にガス通過開口領域を形成し、且つ内側には第4均圧空間を形成するガイド板で構成されたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の多段ノズル型ガスワイピング装置。
