Description
Claims (8)
- 蓄圧器ハウジング(10)及びその内部に設置されたピストン部品(28)を備えた蓄圧器であって、
ベローズ状の隔離要素(30)は、一方の端部(32)が前記ピストン部品(28)に支持され、そして他方の端部(34)が前記蓄圧器ハウジング(10)に支持されていて、
そして前記隔離要素(30)が、前記蓄圧器ハウジング(10)内部における二つの作動チャンバ(26,40)であるガススペース(26)と流体スペース(40)とをお互いに流体密封に隔離している蓄圧器において、
一方の作動チャンバ(26)が第一の流体と、空間部分を画成する作動ガスとにより充満されており、
前記ピストン部品(28)が、前記ベローズ状の隔離要素(30)との接続領域である第一の端部(32)において、前記蓄圧器ハウジング(10)の第一の内壁面(60)に当接する停止板(58)を有していて、前記停止板(58)と反対側の第二の端部において、前記蓄圧器ハウジング(10)の第二の内壁面(64)に当接する停止面(62)を有しており、
前記第二の内壁面を囲んでいる環状延伸部分(36)が前記蓄圧器ハウジング(10)の内部に円筒状のガイド面(42)を画成していて、長手方向に可動にガイドされている前記ピストン部品(28)の前記第二の端部が前記円筒状のガイド面(42)との間に半径方向に環状ギャップ(44)を形成している蓄圧器において、
前記ベローズ状の隔離要素(30)が、前記ピストン部品(28)の外周側面に沿って、前記蓄圧器ハウジング(10)の前記環状延伸部分(36)から前記ピストン部品(28)の前記第一の端部(32)における前記停止板(58)まで延在していることと、
一方の作動チャンバ(26)に作動ガスと共に充満されている前記第一の流体がアルコールであることと、を特徴とする蓄圧器。 - 他方の作動チャンバ(40)が、前記蓄圧器ハウジング(10)の内部に第二の流体を吐出することのできる流体継手(48,50)を備えている、請求項1に記載の蓄圧器。
- 前記ピストン部品(28)が、前記他方の作動チャンバ(40)に対面している側面に、前記第二の流体を保持するようになっているキャビティ(56)を有している、請求項2に記載の蓄圧器。
- 前記ピストン部品(28)が、前記流体継手(48,50)に対面している側面に、前記蓄圧器ハウジング(10)の内壁面(60)に当接するようになっている停止板(58)を備えている、請求項2又は3に記載の蓄圧器。
- 前記ピストン部品(28)が、前記停止板(58)と反対側の前記第二の端部に停止面(62)を備えていて、前記停止面(62)は前記蓄圧器ハウジング(10)の別の内壁面(64)と当接するようになっている、請求項4に記載の蓄圧器。
- 前記ベローズ状の隔離壁(30)が、折り重なっている複数の折り曲げ部分(38)を備えた金属ベローズからなる、請求項2−5のいずれか一項に記載の蓄圧器。
- 前記流体継手(48,50)は前記蓄圧器ハウジング(10)のパイプユニオン(46)内部を通過し、そしてこのパイプユニオン(46)内部において共通のアンティチャンバ(52)の中へ吐出するようになっている、請求項2−6のいずれか一項に記載の蓄圧器。
- 前記ピストン部品(28)が、少なくとも前記円筒状のガイド面(42)の一部分に沿って前記ピストン部品(28)と前記円筒状ガイド面(42)との間に、環状ギャップ(44)を形成していて、前記作動ガスが前記第一の流体と共に前記環状ギャップを介してベローズ状の隔離要素(30)の中へ移動するようになっている、請求項4−7のいずれか一項に記載の蓄圧器。
