Description
図1には、自動車ブレーキ装置のピストンポンプ10が示されており、このピストンポンプ10は、主要な構成部分として、内部にシリンダ・ピストン装置14が配置されているポンプケーシング12と偏心体駆動装置16とを有している。シリンダ・ピストン装置14は、シリンダ18とピストン20とを有しており、このピストン20は、シリンダ18内に摺動可能に支承されている。ピストン20はインテークバルブ22を有していて、このインテークバルブ22に向かって、インテークパイプ24を介してブレーキ液が吸い込まれるようになっている。ブレーキ液はシリンダ室26内に達し、このシリンダ室26からピストン20によってエクゾーストバルブ28、及びさらにエクゾーストパイプ30に供給される。エクゾーストパイプ30には液圧式のダンパ32が流体をガイドする形式で接続されており、この液圧式のダンパ32は、鋼ダイヤフラム34によって支承されている。この鋼ダイヤフラム34は、曲げばねエレメントを形成していて、その圧力側とは反対側で、質量体ばねエレメントとしてのゴムエレメント36に支承されている。
Claims (9)
- 自動車ブレーキ装置のピストンポンプのための液圧式のダンパ(38)であって、ダンパ室(40)を備えており、該ダンパ室(40)内に緩衝エレメントが配置されていて、該緩衝エレメントが圧力側及び圧力とは反対側を有している形式のものにおいて、
前記緩衝エレメントが質量体ばねエレメント(42)を備えていて、この質量体ばねエレメントの、圧力とは反対側に曲げばねエレメント(48)が配置されていることを特徴としている、自動車ブレーキ装置のピストンポンプのための液圧式のダンパ。 - 質量体ばねエレメント(42)がその圧力側で、前記ダンパ室(40)の内側に当接するシールリップ(44)を備えている、請求項1記載の液圧式のダンパ。
- 質量体ばねエレメント(42)が、無圧状態で曲げばねエレメント(48)から少なくとも区分的に間隔を保っている、請求項1又は2記載の液圧式のダンパ。
- 曲げばねエレメント(48)が、複数の巻条(50)を備えたばねとして構成されており、これらの巻条(50)が無圧状態で互いに少なくとも区分的に間隔を保っている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の液圧式のダンパ。
- 曲げばねエレメント(48)が、質量体ばねエレメント(42)に向いた側の区分でダンパ室(40)の内側(46)に達するまで突き出しており、これに対して、曲げばねエレメント(48)の、質量体ばねエレメント(42)とは反対側の区分が、ダンパ室(40)の内側から間隔を保って構成されている、請求項4記載の液圧式のダンパ。
- 曲げばねエレメント(48)が中空に構成されていて、該曲げばねエレメント(48)内に前記質量体ばねエレメント(42)が突入している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の液圧式のダンパ。
- 曲げばねエレメント(48)がコイルばねとして構成されていて、該コイルばね内に前記質量体ばねエレメント(42)が栓状に突入している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の液圧式のダンパ。
- 自動車ブレーキ装置のピストンポンプにおいて、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の液圧式のダンパ(38)を備えていることを特徴とする、自動車ブレーキ装置のピストンポンプ。
- 自動車ブレーキ装置において、請求項8記載のピストンポンプを備えていることを特徴とする、自動車ブレーキ装置。
