Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于汽车制动设备-活塞泵的液压减震器,它有一减震器室,在这减震器室里有一减震元件,该减震元件具有一向着压力的和背离压力的侧面。
背景技术
上面所述类型的液压减震器在汽车制动设备中应用在活塞泵的压力侧上,一般直接就在一排出阀后面,以便缓冲由于活塞泵的活塞运动而引起的压力脉动。已知的液压减震器包括一液体容积,但其中该减震器的功能取决于所设置的容积的大小。所需要的容积可能比较大,并因此会对整个汽车制动设备-活塞泵以及所属的液压机组的结构尺寸有不利影响。在另一种类型的液压减震器中,在一弹性的实芯弹簧元件里、例如在一橡胶元件里支承有一钢薄膜。在施加所要减震的压力时,使实芯弹簧元件包括钢薄膜进行弹性偏转。这种类型的液压减震器结构虽然比较小,但只能承受直至大约50巴的压力。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提出一种具有一液压减震器的汽车制动设备,这减震器在特别小的结构空间的情况下可以保证必要的减震效果。液压减震器还应该即使在高的背压时也保证良好的减震。
此任务按照本发明利用一种按权利要求1所述的液压减震器来解决。此任务还利用一种按权利要求8所述的汽车制动设备-活塞泵以及按权利要求9所述的汽车制动设备来解决。
按照本发明提出了一种用于汽车制动设备-活塞泵的液压减震器,该减震器具有一减震器室,在这减震器室里有一减震元件,该减震元件具有一向着压力和一背离压力的侧面。减震元件还设有一实芯弹簧元件,在这弹簧元件的背离压力的侧面上有一弯曲弹簧元件。
按照本发明,液压减震器以及尤其是它的减震元件具有两个弹动部分,也就是一实芯弹簧元件和一弯曲弹簧元件。实芯弹簧元件例如是一种橡胶元件,它设计成实体的而且其材料可以在受压时被压缩。弯曲弹簧元件例如是一螺旋弹簧,它在受压时尤其是改变其总的弹簧长度。如果在一种这样设计的减震元件时在面向压力的侧面上压力升高,那么首先使弯曲弹簧元件压缩。为此就弯曲弹簧元件的第一弯曲运动而言,弯曲弹簧元件的弹簧常数设计得比实芯弹簧元件的弹簧常数要小。然后将实芯弹簧元件压入到保留在弯曲弹簧元件上的自由空间里去。因此在低压和中压范围内形成了按照本发明的液压减震器的一种较大的体积容纳(Volumenaufnahme)。除此之外,按照本发明所设计的弯曲弹簧元件但也在第二个运动方向上运动,在这运动方向上具有比实芯弹簧元件更高的弹簧常数。若液压减震器上的压力按照本发明进一步升高,那么按照本发明所设计的弯曲弹簧元件就对应于这第二种运动可能性而发生变形。一般实芯弹簧元件必须跟着一起变形,这样就有附加的减震功率产生。按此方式按照本发明即使在高压时也可以实现必要的体积容纳。
在按照本发明的液压减震器的一种有利的改进方案中,实芯弹簧元件在其面向压力的侧面上设计有一贴靠在减震器室内侧面上的密封唇。密封唇或者类似唇形的密封确保了:实芯弹簧元件在面向压力的侧面上完全被所要减震的压力加载,而不会在减震元件的背离压力的侧面上发生压力泄漏。
按照本发明的实芯弹簧元件还有利地在无压状态下设计成至少局部地与弯曲弹簧元件有间距。按此方式可以使实芯弹簧元件以规定的方式通过这同一元件的压缩和变形而移向自由空间,这些自由空间位于弯曲弹簧元件上。因此可以将实芯弹簧元件例如压入到在一种起到弯曲弹簧元件作用的螺旋弹簧的绕圈位置之间余留下的自由空间里。螺旋弹簧可能在这种情况下已经轴向压缩至螺旋弹簧的闭锁尺寸。
因此特别优选地使弯曲弹簧元件设计成具有多个绕圈(Windungs-gngen)的弹簧,这些绕圈在无压力状态下相互至少局部有间距,并且通过加上压力可以被压缩至所述的闭锁尺寸。
在按照本发明的液压减震器中,还优选地使弯曲弹簧元件在一面向实芯弹簧元件的部段里基本上一直移动到减震器室的内侧面上,而它在一背离实芯弹簧元件的部段里则设计成与减震器室的内侧面有间距。所述伸出至减震器室内侧面上的弯曲弹簧元件部段确保了:实芯弹簧元件在压缩时不可能被压到弯曲弹簧元件和减震器室内侧面之间,相反有目的地尤其是在轴向将弯曲弹簧元件本身挤在一起。所述背离实芯弹簧元件的并与减震器室内侧面有间距的部段可以在将一种特别高的压力作用在减震元件上时被径向向外变形直到减震器室的内侧面上,因而这个部段就扩展开。这种扩展、尤其是螺旋弹簧的扩展,只有当弯曲弹簧元件本身能旋转时,才能实现。弯曲弹簧元件和实芯弹簧元件之间的旋转运动受到所述元件之间的摩擦而被阻碍。因此即使是橡胶弹性元件在旋转运动时也必须一起扭转。这种变形过程要求特别大的力,并因而导致在特别高的压力时一种优选的体积容纳。
为了能够有目的地利用按照本发明的减震元件的所有这些功能和作用方式,还优选地将弯曲弹簧元件设计成空心的,并使实芯弹簧元件伸入到弯曲弹簧元件里。
最后,如前所述那样,弯曲弹簧元件优选设计成螺旋弹簧,实芯弹簧元件呈栓塞状地伸入该螺旋弹簧里。

具体实施方式
图1中表示了一汽车制动设备-活塞泵10,它的包括主要的部件有一泵壳12,该泵壳里设有一缸体活塞装置14;以及包括一偏心驱动装置16。缸体活塞装置14包括一缸体18以及一活塞20,活塞可以移动地支撑在缸体18里。活塞20包括一进口阀22,制动流体可以通过一进口管路24抽吸至这进口阀22。制动流体进入到缸体腔26里,从这里起所述制动流体可以借助于活塞20被输送至一出口阀28并继续输送至一输出管路30。在这输出管路30上导通流体地连接一液压减震器32,它借助于一钢薄膜34而支承住。该钢薄膜构成一弯曲弹簧元件,并在其背离压力的一侧支承在一作为实芯弹簧元件的橡胶元件36上。
在图2和3中则表示了按照本发明的一液压减震器38,其外壳同样也由一缸体18构成,而且它借助于一减震器室40液压耦联于一汽车制动设备-活塞泵的未详细示出的输出管路30上。
液压减震器38设有一栓塞状实芯弹簧元件42,它在其面向压力侧的侧面上具有一径向位于外部的密封唇44,该密封唇贴靠在减震器室40的密封唇46上。栓塞状或者蘑菇状的实芯弹簧元件42用其背离压力侧的端部伸入到螺旋弹簧里,该螺旋弹簧形成一种弯曲弹簧元件48。弯曲弹簧元件48的压力侧的或者面向实芯弹簧元件42的第一绕圈50径向设计成如此大,以致于它贴靠到减震器室40的内侧面46上(见直径D)。弯曲弹簧元件48的其它背离压力侧的绕圈则相反设计成具有较小的直径,也就是与减震器室40内侧面46略有间距(见图2中的直径d)。
图3表示了液压减震器38最后在完全压缩的状态下的示图,其中这种压缩状态首先按如下方法来达到:使弯曲弹簧元件48在轴向方向上(由图2中的长度b出发)一直压缩至闭锁尺寸(见图3中的长度B)。然后使设计成橡胶元件的实芯弹簧元件42挤压到留在实芯弹簧元件42和弯曲弹簧元件48之间的自由空间52里(尤其是在绕圈之间)。按此方式就在中压和低压区域里保证了体积容纳。
当减震器室40里压力继续提高时,通过一种扭转使弯曲弹簧元件48径向扩张,直至弯曲弹簧元件48的背向压力的绕圈也移动贴靠在减震器室40的内侧面46上(见图3中直径D)。在弯曲弹簧元件48的这种扭转和径向扩展时也就使实芯弹簧元件42相对于旋转运动一起扭转。这种变形过程要求特别大的力,因此在高压时就实现了必要的体积容纳。
另外还应提到:在背离压力的一侧上、尤其在减震器室40的底面上可以有选择地设置一排出开孔54用于排出制动流体,该制动流体是由于密封唇44处的漏损而进入到此部位中的。
Claims (9)
1.用于汽车制动设备-活塞泵的液压减震器(38),它具有一减震器室(40),其中设有一减震元件,该减震元件具有一朝向压力的和一背离压力的侧面,其特征在于,减震元件设有一实芯弹簧元件(42),在该实芯弹簧元件背向压力的侧面上设有一弯曲弹簧元件(48)。
2.按权利要求1所述的液压减震器,其特征在于,实芯弹簧元件(42)在其面向压力的侧面上设有一贴靠在减震器室(40)的内侧面(46)上的密封唇(44)。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的液压减震器,其特征在于,实芯弹簧元件(42)在无压力状态下至少局部与弯曲弹簧元件(48)有间距。
4.按权利要求1至3中之一所述的液压减震器,其特征在于,弯曲弹簧元件(48)是一种具有多个绕圈(50)的弹簧,这些绕圈在无压力状态下相互至少局部地有间距。
5.按权利要求4所述的液压减震器,其特征在于,弯曲弹簧元件(48)在一朝向实芯弹簧元件(42)的部段里基本上一直伸出到减震器室(40)的内侧面(46)上,而它在一背离实芯弹簧元件(42)的部段里与减震器室(40)的内侧面(46)间隔距离。
6.按权利要求1至5中之一所述的液压减震器,其特征在于,弯曲弹簧元件(48)是中空的,而且实芯弹簧元件(42)伸入到弯曲弹簧元件(48)里。
7.按权利要求1至6中之一所述的液压减震器,其特征在于,弯曲弹簧元件(46)是螺旋弹簧,实芯弹簧元件(42)栓塞形地伸入该螺旋弹簧里。
8.具有一按权利要求1至7中之一所述的液压减震器(38)的汽车制动设备-活塞泵。
9.具有一按权利要求8所述活塞泵的汽车制动设备。
