本实用新型涉及一种用于汽车悬架上的承载式变阻尼减震器,它包括上端口由导向器和密封座封闭的内缸筒和外缸筒组成的具有内外腔体的双筒油缸、设置在油缸内腔的活塞及连接活塞的活塞杆、设置在内缸筒底部连通双筒油缸内外腔的单向阀、设置在活塞上连通上下腔的活塞单向阀、设置在外缸筒下部的充气嘴,其特点是,所述的活塞单向阀是一无节流孔的普通单向阀;在所述内缸筒下部侧壁上开有连通内外腔体的压缩阻尼孔,密封座和外缸筒间设有静密封,密封座和活塞杆间设有高压密封圈。其结构介乎普通双筒减震器与油气弹簧之间。由于采用高压密封结构,使其具有承受静载的能力。它可使普通汽车悬架增加承载能力并具有理想的非线性特性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及用于汽车悬架上的减震器,尤其是一种可承受悬架静载的双筒式减振器。
背景技术
目前,广泛用于汽车悬架上的减震装置,一是惯用的筒式减震器,另是油气弹簧,前者是由缸筒、活塞和阻尼阀组成的阻尼器,它不能承受悬架的静载荷;后者是由油缸、活塞和阻尼阀和储能器组成的,能承受静载并具有一定弹性的器件,但存在结构较复杂、成本高的缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提出一种承载式变阻尼减震器,它既克服了普通筒式减震器不具有承受静载荷能力的缺陷,又具有比惯用的油气弹簧制造成本低廉的优点。
本实用新型承载式变阻尼减震器,包括上端口由导向器和密封座封闭的内缸筒和外缸筒组成的具有内外腔体的双筒油缸、设置在油缸内腔的活塞及连接活塞的活塞杆、设置在内缸筒底部连通双筒油缸内外腔的单向阀、设置在活塞上连通上下腔的活塞单向阀、设置在外缸筒下部的充气嘴,其特点是,所述的活塞单向阀是一无节流孔的普通单向阀;在所述内缸筒下部侧壁上开有连通内外腔体的压缩阻尼孔,所述的密封座和外缸筒间设有静密封,密封座和活塞杆间设有高压密封圈。
在所述的内缸筒7的内壁上还设有数条螺旋沟槽,以既起润滑作用,又能改变不同载荷时的阻力系数。
在所述的内缸筒和外缸筒间构成的外腔体中还设有浮动于油、气界面间的隔离环片。
本实用新型承载式变阻尼减震器,其结构介乎普通双筒减震器与油气弹簧之间。由于采用高压密封结构,使其具有承受静载的能力。它可代替普通悬架中的筒式减震器,使普通汽车悬架增加承载能力并具有理想的非线性特性,特别适用于在基本型汽车的基础上发展增强承载能力变型车(包括增大轴距或轮距)的要求。与传统油气弹簧相比,其结构、制造工艺简单与普通双筒减震器相似,储油腔中的油与气通过漂浮的环片隔离,因而成本比油气弹簧低廉。
该减震器内壁开有的数条螺旋沟槽,既起润滑作用,又能改变不同载荷时的阻力系数。该承载式变阻尼减震器的内壁下部开有的压缩阻尼孔,在压缩行程时当它们被活塞堵塞时其阻尼增大起到压缩限位作用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图给出的实施例对本实用新型结构作进一步详细描述。参照图1,一种承载式变阻尼减震器,包括上端口由导向器4和密封座2封闭的内缸筒7和外缸筒5组成的具有内外腔体的双筒油缸、设置在油缸内腔的活塞12及连接活塞12的活塞杆9、设置在内缸筒7底部连通双筒油缸内外腔的单向阀13、设置在活塞12上连通上下腔的活塞单向阀14、设置在外缸筒5下部的充气嘴11;所述的活塞单向阀14是无节流孔的普通单向阀;在所述内缸筒7下部侧壁上开有1至10个连通内外腔体的压缩阻尼孔,所述的密封座2和外缸筒5间设有静密封3,密封座2和活塞杆9间设有高压密封圈8。
在所述的内缸筒7的内壁上还设有1至10条螺旋沟槽15。
在所述的内缸筒7和外缸筒5间构成的外腔体中还设有浮动于油、气界面间的隔离环片6。
所述的高压密封圈8采用硬质聚氨酯或聚四氟乙烯材料制成。隔离环片6用塑料制成。
图中所示1为设置在活塞杆9和外缸筒5外端的连接环。
本实用新型承载式变阻尼减震器的高压密封圈是由高硬度聚氨酯或聚四氟乙烯制成的。它的静载充气压力比普通充气减震器高得多,可达10-30兆帕以上。
这种承载式变阻尼减震器内壁开有数条螺旋沟槽,既起润滑减磨作用,又能改变不同载荷时的阻力系数。
该承载式变阻尼减震器的内壁下部开有的连通内外腔体的压缩阻尼孔,在压缩行程时当它们被活塞堵塞时时阻尼增大并起压缩限位作用,以减小路面传递的冲击。
这种承载式变阻尼减震器由外缸筒5与内缸筒7组成高压储油/储气腔。其中的油与气,通过漂浮的隔离环片6将油与气隔离。这种漂浮的隔离环片并不要求绝对密封,但对抵抗油液的乳化具有积极的作用。
将本实用新型的减震器,用于较小一级的汽车悬架,替代原来减震器后可使汽车的负载能力升级;并可改善原悬架的非线性特性(包括弹性非线性与阻尼非线性)。

Claims (4)

1.一种承载式变阻尼减震器,包括上端口由导向器(4)和密封座(2)封闭的内缸筒(7)和外缸筒(5)组成的具有内外腔体的双筒油缸、设置在油缸内腔的活塞(12)及连接活塞(12)的活塞杆(9)、设置在内缸筒(7)底部连通双筒油缸内外腔的单向阀(13)、设置在活塞(12)上连通上下腔的活塞单向阀(14)、设置在外缸筒(5)下部的充气嘴(11),其特征在于,所述的活塞单向阀(14)是无节流孔的单向阀;在所述内缸筒(7)下部侧壁上开有连通内外腔体的压缩阻尼孔,所述的密封座(2)和外缸筒(5)间设有静密封(3),密封座(2)和活塞杆(9)间设有高压密封圈(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的承载式变阻尼减震器,其特征在于在所述的内缸筒(7)的内壁上还设有螺旋沟槽(15)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的承载式变阻尼减震器,其特征在于在所述的内缸筒(7)和外缸筒(5)间构成的外腔体中还设有浮动于油、气界面间的隔离环片(6)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的承载式变阻尼减震器,其特征在于在所述的高压密封圈(8)采用硬质聚氨酯或聚四氟乙烯材料制成。
