Claims (10)
- シリンダと、前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されて前記シリンダ内に伸側室と圧側室を区画するピストンとを備えた一対の液圧ダンパと、
一方の前記液圧ダンパにおける伸側室と他方の前記液圧ダンパの圧側室とを連通する第一流路と
一方の前記液圧ダンパにおける圧側室と他方の前記液圧ダンパの伸側室とを連通する第二流路と、
前記第一流路および前記第二流路のそれぞれに途中に設けたアキュムレータとを備え、
前記各アキュムレータは、
中空なケースと、
前記ケース内に摺動自在に挿入されて前記ケース内を液室と気室とに区画する第一フリーピストンと、
前記ケース内であって前記第一フリーピストンよりも前記気室側に摺動自在に挿入されて、前記気室内を前記第一フリーピストン側の第一気室と前記第一フリーピストンとは逆側の第二気室とに区画する第二フリーピストンとを有し、
前記第二フリーピストンにおける前記第一気室の圧力を受ける受圧面積が前記第二気室の圧力を受ける受圧面積よりも小さい
ことを特徴とするサスペンション装置。 - 前記第二気室から前記第一気室へ向かう気体の流れのみを許容する逆止弁を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサスペンション装置。 - 前記ケースは、小径部と、前記小径部より内径が大径な大径部とを有し、
前記第一フリーピストンは、前記小径部内に摺動自在に挿入され、
前記第二フリーピストンは、前記小径部内に摺動自在に挿入される小ピストン部と、前記大径部に摺動自在に挿入される大ピストン部とを有し、
前記ケースと前記第二フリーピストンとの間に形成される空間を大気開放した
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のサスペンション装置。 - 前記第一フリーピストンと前記第二フリーピストンの対向端の一方または両方に凹部または突部を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション装置。 - 前記第一フリーピストンと前記第二フリーピストンの対向端の一方または両方にクッションを設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション装置。 - 中空なケースと、
前記ケース内に摺動自在に挿入されて前記ケース内を液室と気室とに区画する第一フリーピストンと、
前記ケース内であって前記第一フリーピストンよりも前記気室側に摺動自在に挿入されて、前記気室内を前記第一フリーピストン側の第一気室と前記第一フリーピストンとは逆側の第二気室とに区画する第二フリーピストンとを備え、
前記第二フリーピストンにおける前記第一気室の圧力を受ける受圧面積は、前記第二気室の圧力を受ける受圧面積よりも小さい
ことを特徴とするアキュムレータ。 - 前記第二気室から前記第一気室へ向かう気体の流れのみを許容する逆止弁を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のアキュムレータ。 - 前記ケースは、小径部と、前記小径部より内径が大径な大径部とを有し、
前記第一フリーピストンは、前記小径部内に摺動自在に挿入され、
前記第二フリーピストンは、前記小径部内に摺動自在に挿入される小ピストン部と、前記大径部に摺動自在に挿入される大ピストン部とを有し、
前記ケースと前記第二フリーピストンとの間に形成される空間を大気開放した
ことを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載のアキュムレータ。 - 前記第一フリーピストンと前記第二フリーピストンの対向端の一方または両方に凹部または突部を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のアキュムレータ。 - 前記第一フリーピストンと前記第二フリーピストンの対向端の一方または両方にクッションを設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載のアキュムレータ。
