Description
このように、γ-アルミナを金属酸化物担体の原料に用いた触媒は、Cuを主成分とする微粒子が外気に触れる表面積が大きいので、高い活性を有する。
酸化銅10gと、γ−アルミナ粉末(平均1次粒子径<0.1μm)12.8gを秤量し、乳鉢でよく混合した(Cu/Al=1/2)後に、直径21mmの錠剤成型器を用いて、1枚約4.5gのペレット5枚を得た。これをアルゴン流通雰囲気で1150℃、2時間焼成して、焼結体Aを得た。XRD解析の結果、焼結体Aの組成はCuAlO2とα−アルミナの混合物であった。焼結体Aのペレット2枚を、粉砕・分級し、粒径0.355〜0.71mmの粒子を5g調製し、これを500mL/分の水素気流中700℃で5分間還元して実施例1を得た。

- 前記第1の構造体の前記微粒子は、Cuの主成分に加えて、O、Zn、CrおよびFeよりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種類の副成分と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のメタノール改質用触媒。
- 前記第2の構造体は、Cuの主成分に加えて、O、Zn、CrおよびFeよりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種類の副成分と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のメタノール改質用触媒。
- Alの原料としてγ−アルミナを用いて複合酸化物CuAlxOyを形成する工程と、
前記複合酸化物CuAlxOyからCuを還元析出してCu/アルミナ複合体を得る工程と、
を有することを特徴とするメタノール改質用触媒の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のメタノール改質用触媒を用いてメタノールから水素を製造する反応工程を含む水素製造方法。
