Description
CaCO3の商業的サンプル(20g、ACS試薬、99%+純度、約0.60cm3g−1の測定した細孔体積)を、硝酸鉄(III)(九水和物、約13重量%Fe)の均一溶液6mLで処理した。均一性を確保するために、初期湿式プロセスを、室温で、一定に混合しながら(手動撹拌、続いてボルテックスミキサーで30分間)硝酸鉄溶液を滴下添加することにより実施した。
Claims (9)
- エタン及び二酸化炭素と、酸化カルシウム及び炭酸カルシウムの少なくとも1種を含有する無機材料上に担持された酸化鉄を含有する触媒とを、少なくとも600℃の温度で接触させて、エチレン及び一酸化炭素を製造することによる、エチレン及び一酸化炭素の混合物の製造方法であって、前記触媒が2重量%〜25重量%の鉄を含有する方法。
- 前記触媒が、少なくとも50重量%の炭酸カルシウムを含有する材料の粒子を、鉄の水和酸化物によって被覆し、次いで少なくとも275℃の温度で焼成することによって製造される、請求項1記載の方法。
- (a)アルコールと前記エチレン及び一酸化炭素を、エチレンカルボニル化触媒と接触させて、プロピオン酸アルキルを製造する工程、及び
(b)前記プロピオン酸アルキルを、副生成物及び出発材料から分離する工程を更に含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記プロピオン酸アルキルとホルムアルデヒドを反応させて、メタクリル酸アルキルを製造することを更に含む、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記アルコールがメタノールであり、前記プロピオン酸アルキルがプロピオン酸メチルであり、及び前記メタクリル酸アルキルがメタクリル酸メチルである、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記メタクリル酸メチルを重合することを更に含む、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記エチレン及び一酸化炭素を共重合することを更に含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記エチレン及び一酸化炭素と水素を組み合わせて、プロピオンアルデヒドを製造することを更に含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記プロピオンアルデヒドとホルムアルデヒドを縮合して、メタクロレインを製造することを更に含む、請求項8記載の方法。
