Description
本発明の合わせガラス用中間膜は、層xと、層xの両外側に配置される層yとを有する。層xは、ビニルアルコール単位の含有量が22モル%以下であるポリビニルアセタール(A1)、可塑剤(B)、熱線遮蔽微粒子(C)、リン酸エステル(D)、並びに、アルカリ金属塩および/またはアルカリ土類金属塩(F)を含み、JIS K2501に準じて測定した場合の酸価が1.5KOHmg/g以下である。また層yは、ビニルアルコール単位の含有量が25〜34モル%であるポリビニルアセタール(A2)、可塑剤(B)および紫外線吸収剤(E)を含む。
n: アセタール化に用いたアルデヒドの種類(整数)
Ra: a番目(aは1からnまでの整数)のアルデヒド残基
k(a) :アルデヒド残基Raを含むアセタール単位の割合(モル比)
l: ビニルアルコール単位の割合(モル比)
m: ビニルアセテート単位の割合(モル比)
ただし、k(1)+k(2)+・・・+k(n)+l+m=1
上記一般式(I)において、各単位の配列の仕方は特に制限されず、ブロック的であっても、ランダム的であってもよい。

式(II)中、R1は水素原子またはアルキル基を表し、R2は水素原子、ハロゲン原子、アミノ基、アミド基、アシル基、アリル基、アリール基、ビニル基、エポキシ基、スルフィル基、ヒドロキシル基、メルカプト基、一部が置換されていてもよい直鎖あるいは環状アルキル基等を含む置換基を表す。また、a、bは0〜4の整数を表し、a+bは4である。
以下、実施例により本発明をより詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれらの実施例により何ら限定されるものではない。なお、以下の実施例および比較例において、各評価値は以下の方法に従って測定・算出した。
日本電色工業株式会社製の濁度計「NDH−5000」を用い、作製した合わせガラスについて、JIS K7105に準じてヘイズ(%)を測定した。
島津製作所株式会社製の分光光度計「SolidSpec−3700」を用い、作製した合わせガラスについて、波長領域280〜2500nmの透過率を測定した。そして、JIS R3106に準じ、380〜780nmの可視光透過率(%)を求めた。また、JIS R3106記載の重価係数を用いて300〜2500nmの日射透過率(%)を求めた。
島津製作所株式会社製の分光光度計「SolidSpec−3700」を用い、作製した合わせガラスについて、波長領域190〜2500nmの透過率を測定した。得られたスペクトルデータを元に、JIS K7105に準じてYI(%)を算出した。
作製したフィルムについて、JIS K2501に準じて酸価(KOHmg/g)を算出した。
得られた合わせガラスを100℃で1ヶ月静置し、加熱前後のYIの差(ΔYI)を算出し、耐熱性の指標とした。
中間膜のガラス接着性の評価は、特表2001−526165号公報に記載の方法に従い、圧縮せん断強度を測定することによって行った。図1に示す圧縮せん断試験装置1を用いて、合わせガラス2の圧縮せん断試験を実施した。試料とする合わせガラス2を寸法26mm×24mmに切断し、下側治具3と上側治具4の間に角度45°で装着し、上側治具4に正確に垂直方向下向きの力を作用させた。このとき、下側治具3は、水平方向に移動可能になっている。ガラス5から中間膜6がせん断するために必要な最大力を試料面積で割ることにより圧縮せん断強度(N/mm2)を測定し、4回の測定値の平均値を得た。合わせガラス2の作製直後から100℃で1ヶ月保管したサンプルについての圧縮せん断強度を上記方法に従って測定し、5N/mm2以上の場合をA、この値が5N/mm2未満の場合をBとして評価した。
ZnSb2O6である無水アンチモン酸亜鉛メタノール分散液(日産化学株式会社製「CX−Z693M−F」)をビーズミルで粉砕処理することにより、濃度60重量%のアンチモン酸亜鉛メタノール分散液を作製した。得られた分散液1.33g、リン酸エステルとしてビックケミー社製「DISPERBYK−102」0.2gおよび可塑剤としてトリエチレングリコール−ジ−2−エチルヘキサノエート(以下3G8と略す)9.9gを混合して得られた分散液(d1);並びに、3G8を10g、紫外線吸収剤としてチバ・ジャパン社製「Tinuvin328」0.14gおよび酢酸マグネシウムと酢酸カリウムとの混合物(混合重量比:2/1)の25重量%水溶液0.08gを混合して得られた分散液(d2)を、それぞれ別々にポリビニルブチラール(原料ポリビニルアルコールの粘度平均重合度1700、アセタール化度74モル%、ビニルアルコール単位19モル%、ビニルアセテート単位7モル%)35.3gに添加し混合した。この混合物をラボプラストミルで、100℃で混練した後、プレス機で、140℃、5分間プレス成形することにより0.16mmの合わせガラス用中間膜(層x)を作製した。さらに、3G8を15.2g、紫外線吸収剤としてチバ・ジャパン社製「Tinuvin328」0.14g、酢酸マグネシウムと酢酸カリウムとの混合物(混合重量比:2/1)の25重量%水溶液0.08gをポリビニルブチラール(原料ポリビニルアルコールの粘度平均重合度1700、アセタール化度70モル%、ビニルアルコール単位29モル%、ビニルアセテート単位1モル%)40gに添加し混合した。この混合物をラボプラストミルで、170℃で混練した後、プレス機で、140℃、5分間プレス成形することにより0.30mmの合わせガラス用中間膜(層y)を作製した。サンプル作製条件を表1に示す。
作製した層xを2枚の層yで挟み、さらにこの合わせガラス用中間膜を2mm厚のガラス(Saint Gobain社製、Planilux Clear)2枚を用いて挟んだ後、減圧下、140℃で90分保持することにより、合わせガラスを作製した。
得られた合わせガラス用中間膜および合わせガラスについて評価した結果を表2に示す。また、この合わせガラスについて、ISO 16940に準じて10℃における1stモード(179Hz)のダンピング性能を評価した結果、ダンピング性能は11%であった。また、20℃における1stモード(128Hz)のダンピング性能は23%であった。
濃度60重量%の無水アンチモン酸亜鉛メタノール分散液0.27g、リン酸エステルとしてビックケミー社製「DISPERBYK−102」0.04gおよび3G8を5.2g混合して得られた分散液(d1);並びに、3G8を10g、紫外線吸収剤としてチバ・ジャパン社製「Tinuvin328」0.14gおよび酢酸マグネシウムと酢酸カリウムとの混合物(混合重量比:2/1)の25重量%水溶液0.08gを混合して得られた分散液(d2)を、それぞれ別々にポリビニルブチラール(原料ポリビニルアルコールの粘度平均重合度1700、アセタール化度70モル%、ビニルアルコール単位29モル%、ビニルアセテート単位1モル%)40gに添加し混合した。この混合物をラボプラストミルで、170℃で混練した後、プレス機で、140℃、5分間プレス成形することにより0.76mmの単層の合わせガラス用中間膜を作製した。サンプル作製条件について表1に示す。また、得られた合わせガラス用中間膜および合わせガラスについて性能を評価した結果を表2に示す。
実施例1において、分散液(d1)に含まれる3G8を5.2g、リン酸エステルを0.8g、ポリビニルブチラール(原料ポリビニルアルコールの粘度平均重合度1700、アセタール化度70モル%、ビニルアルコール単位29モル%、ビニルアセテート単位1モル%)を40gとして層xを作製したこと以外は実施例1と同様にしてサンプルを作製した。サンプル作製条件について表1に示す。また、得られた合わせガラス用中間膜および合わせガラスについて性能を評価した結果を表2に示す。
実施例2において、リン酸エステルを1.0g添加したこと以外は実施例2と同様にしてサンプルを作製した。サンプル作製条件について表1に示す。また、得られた合わせガラス用中間膜および合わせガラスについて性能を評価した結果を表2に示す。
実施例1において、リン酸エステルを0.4g添加したこと以外は実施例1と同様にしてサンプルを作製した。サンプル作製条件について表1に示す。また、得られた合わせガラス用中間膜および合わせガラスについて性能を評価した結果を表2に示す。
実施例1において、酢酸マグネシウムと酢酸カリウムとの混合物を添加しなかったこと以外は実施例1と同様にしてサンプルを作製した。サンプル作製条件について表1に示す。なお、本比較例において、表1に示す当該合わせガラス用中間膜のアルカリ(土類)金属の含有量は、作製したサンプル中のアルカリ(土類)金属の含有量を理学電機工業株式会社製蛍光X線分析装置「RIX3100」によって分析した結果である。また、得られた合わせガラス用中間膜および合わせガラスについて性能を評価した結果を表2に示す。

Claims (13)
- ビニルアルコール単位の含有量が22モル%以下であるポリビニルアセタール(A1)、可塑剤(B)、熱線遮蔽微粒子(C)、リン酸エステル(D)、並びに、アルカリ金属塩および/またはアルカリ土類金属塩(F)を含み、JIS K2501に準じて測定した場合の酸価が1.5KOHmg/g以下である層xと、ビニルアルコール単位の含有量が25〜34モル%であるポリビニルアセタール(A2)、可塑剤(B)および紫外線吸収剤(E)を含み、当該層xの両外側に配置される層yとを有する合わせガラス用中間膜。
- ポリビニルアセタール(A1)、ポリビニルアセタール(A2)および可塑剤(B)の合計量100重量部に対して、熱線遮蔽微粒子(C)を0.001〜2重量部含有する請求項1に記載の合わせガラス用中間膜。
- 熱線遮蔽微粒子(C)が加水分解性置換基を有する有機ケイ素化合物で表面処理されている、請求項1または2に記載の合わせガラス用中間膜。
- 熱線遮蔽微粒子(C)が、錫ドープ酸化インジウム、アンチモンドープ酸化錫、アルミニウムドープ酸化亜鉛、インジウムドープ酸化亜鉛、ガリウムドープ酸化亜鉛、酸化タングステン、六ホウ化ランタン、六ホウ化セリウム、無水アンチモン酸亜鉛および硫化銅からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の合わせガラス用中間膜。
- 熱線遮蔽微粒子(C)が無水アンチモン酸亜鉛である、請求項4に記載の合わせガラス用中間膜。
- 合わせガラス用中間膜を2mm厚のクリアガラス2枚で挟み、接着して作製した合わせガラスにおいて、ISO 16940に準じて測定した場合の20℃における1stモードのダンピング性能が22%以上である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の合わせガラス用中間膜。
- 合わせガラス用中間膜を2mm厚のクリアガラス2枚で挟み、接着して作製した合わせガラスにおいて、ISO 16940に準じて測定した場合の10℃における1stモードのダンピング性能が10%以上である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の合わせガラス用中間膜。
- ポリビニルアセタール(A1)におけるビニルアセテート単位の含有量が全体の5〜8モル%、ポリビニルアセタール(A2)におけるビニルアセテート単位の含有量が全体の0.1〜11モル%である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の合わせガラス用中間膜。
- 層xにおけるポリビニルアセタール(A1)100重量部に対する可塑剤(B)の含有量と、層yにおけるポリビニルアセタール(A2)100重量部に対する可塑剤(B)の含有量との差が5重量部以上である、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の合わせガラス用中間膜。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の合わせガラス用中間膜を用いて、複数のガラス板を接着してなる合わせガラス。
- 熱線遮蔽微粒子(C)の分散液(d1)および可塑剤(B)をポリビニルアセタール(A1)と溶融混合し、フィルム状に成形する工程を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の合わせガラス用中間膜の製造方法。
- 熱線遮蔽微粒子(C)の分散液(d1)と、アルカリ金属塩および/またはアルカリ土類金属塩(F)とを、別々にポリビニルアセタール(A1)と混合した後、フィルム状に溶融成形する工程を含む、請求項11に記載の合わせガラス用中間膜の製造方法。
- アルカリ金属塩および/またはアルカリ土類金属塩(F)の分散液(d2)をポリビニルアセタール(A1)と混合する、請求項12に記載の合わせガラス用中間膜の製造方法。
