Claims (6)
- 強化発泡材を製造する方法であって、
針(8)で発泡材(1)に穴をあけることによって、前記発泡材(1)の第1の面から前記発泡材(1)の第2の面に延びる貫通穴(2)を前記発泡材(1)に形成するステップ、
前記発泡材(1)の前記第2の面の向こう側で、少なくとも1つの繊維束(3)を利用可能にするステップ、
前記少なくとも1つの繊維束(3)を前記針(8)でつかむために、前記第1の面から前記貫通穴(2)を通って至るステップ、および
前記少なくとも1つの繊維束(3)を前記発泡材(1)の前記貫通穴(2)内に引き込むステップ、を含み、
前記貫通穴(2)は、前記繊維束(3)が引き込まれながら圧縮されるように、当該貫通穴を通して引き込まれる前記繊維束(3)の太さの2倍よりも小さい断面で形成され、
前記針(8)の小穴(11)において前記針(8)に引っかけることにより、前記少なくとも1つの繊維束(3)をつかみ、
前記小穴(11)を閉じるように設計された閉鎖機構(14)を有する前記針(8)によって、前記貫通穴(2)の内壁は損傷を受けることを防止される、
方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記針(8)は、前記少なくとも1つの繊維束(3)が当該針の後ろに追従するように、前記発泡材の前記貫通穴(2)内に本質的に挿入される、方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、
前記貫通穴(2)内に引き込まれた前記少なくとも1つの繊維束(3)を、当該繊維束が前記第1および第2の面の少なくとも1つと同一平面上で終端するように、剪断するステップ、または
前記貫通穴(2)内に引き込まれた前記少なくとも1つの繊維束(3)を、前記第1および第2の面の少なくとも1つの面上に置くステップ、
をさらに含む方法。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記第1および第2の面の少なくとも1つにカバー層(7)を形成するかまたは配置するステップ、をさらに含む方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記少なくとも1つの繊維束(3)を収容する前記貫通穴(2)にマトリクス系を充填するステップ、をさらに含む方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記方法は、前記少なくとも1つの繊維束(3)が前記発泡材(1)の前記貫通穴(2)内に引き込まれた後にあらためて始まる、方法。
