Description
Claims (11)
- サンドイッチ構造体に設けられた、力およびモーメントが導入される力導入箇所において、当該力導入箇所でサンドイッチ構造体の表面層(1,3)が結合されており、かつ/または力およびモーメントを導入するための力導入エレメント(7,12)が配置されており、さらに、当該力導入箇所に、サンドイッチ構造体の厚さ方向に貫通した補強エレメント(4)によるサンドイッチ構造体の補強部が設けられており、表面層(1,3)が、繊維製の半製品から成っており、心材(2)が、高分子の心材または天然の心材から成っており、補強エレメント(4)が、繊維製の補強構造体から成っており、前記表面層と、前記心材と、前記補強エレメントとが、高分子のマトリックス材料内に埋め込まれており、補強エレメント(4)が、前記力導入箇所を越えて(6,10,15)、該力導入箇所を取り囲むサンドイッチ構造体に到達しており、心材(2)が、前記力導入箇所の領域で除去されているかもしくは圧潰されていることを特徴とする、サンドイッチ構造体に設けられた力導入箇所。
- 力導入エレメント(7,12)が、1つまたはそれ以上のフランジ(9,14)を有している、請求項1記載の力導入箇所。
- 力導入エレメントが、補強エレメント(4)を収容するための孔(8,13)を有していて、サンドイッチ構造体に当該力導入箇所の領域で補強エレメントによってサンドイッチ構造体の厚さ方向で結合されている、請求項1または2記載の力導入箇所。
- 力導入エレメント(7)が、両表面層の一方(1;3)にまたは両表面層(1,3)に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の力導入箇所。
- 力導入エレメント(12)が、両表面層の一方(1;3)の内部にまたは両表面層(1,3)の内部に配置されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の力導入箇所。
- 力導入エレメント(12)が、両表面層(1,3)の間に配置されており、かつ/または心材(2)を貫通している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の力導入箇所。
- 力導入エレメントが、一方の表面層(1;3)または両表面層(1,3)に接触する1つまたはそれ以上の付設部(11,16)を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の力導入箇所。
- サンドイッチ構造体に設けられた請求項1記載の力導入箇所を製作するための方法において、力導入箇所の領域で、高分子のマトリックス材料の供給に前置された所定の作業ステップにおいて、心材(2)を除去するかもしくは圧潰し、両表面層(1,3)を結合し、上側の表面層(1)と、心材(2)と、下側の表面層(3)とを力導入箇所の領域でかつ力導入箇所を越えた領域(6)で、縫合技術を用いて挿入された繊維製の補強エレメント(4)によってサンドイッチ構造体の厚さ方向で互いに縫合することを特徴とする、サンドイッチ構造体に設けられた力導入箇所を製作するための方法。
- サンドイッチ構造体に設けられた請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の力導入箇所を製作するための方法において、力導入箇所の領域で、高分子のマトリックス材料の供給に前置された所定作業ステップにおいて、力導入エレメント(7,12)とサンドイッチ構造体とを力導入箇所の領域で、縫合技術を用いて挿入された繊維製の補強エレメント(4)によってサンドイッチ構造体の厚さ方向で互いに縫合することを特徴とする、サンドイッチ構造体に設けられた力導入箇所を製作するための方法。
- サンドイッチ構造体に設けられた請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の力導入箇所を製作するための方法において、力導入箇所の領域で、高分子のマトリックス材料の供給に前置された所定の作業ステップにおいて、上側の表面層(1)と、心材(2)と、下側の表面層(3)とを力導入エレメントの領域の外部で、縫合技術を用いて挿入された繊維製の補強エレメント(4)によってサンドイッチ構造体の厚さ方向で互いに縫合することを特徴とする、サンドイッチ構造体に設けられた力導入箇所を製作するための方法。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の力導入箇所の使用法において、力導入箇所を宇宙機、航空機、船舶または陸上車両の構造のために使用することを特徴とする、力導入箇所の使用法。
