Abstract
Description
フォーム材構造若しくは、高負荷可能な軽量の複合材料における最適な密度分布の原理は、例えばフォーム材より成る心材両面に、引張強度の高いカバー層を備えた、剪断負荷に対して強い複合体より成るサンドイッチ構造によって実現される。堅牢な複合体を製作するために、種々異なる可能性がある。負荷に応じて、例えば接着又は強化される。強化は、対象物を、より高い圧縮強度又は引張強度を有する別の材料によって強化することによって実現される。
本発明の課題は、強化エレメントをサンドイッチ構造の厚さ方向(z方向)に挿入することによって、コアホール直径内の強化材の繊維体積量を高め、サンドイッチ構造の機械的な特性を改良することである。強化エレメントをサンドイッチ構造内に挿入することによって、重量が著しく重くなることはない。
前記課題を解決した、本発明によるサンドイッチ構造の強化プロセスによれば、
a)心材に貫通孔を設ける作業を、強化構造部を設ける作業から時間的にずらして行い、
b)貫通孔を設けた後で、フック、グリッパ又は針によって強化構造部を持ってきて、スライダに固定された前記フック、グリッパ又は針を、上方運動と共に回転運動させることによって又は上方運動させることによって、前記強化構造部をサンドイッチ構造内に挿入し、
c)貫通孔を設け、次いで強化構造部を設けた後で、前記フック、グリッパ又は針をスライダと共に若しくはスライダなしで、かつ回転させずに若しくは回転させると同時に、縫い方向で次に位置する刺入孔へガイドし、次の刺入時に強化構造部を、前記フック、グリッパ又は針の傍らを通過させて、心材に刺入した後で、心材の下側で強化材を掴み、この際に、フック、グリッパ又は針を上方運動及び回転運動させることによって、又はスライダに固定されたフック、グリッパ又は針を上方運動させることによって、前記強化材を、上側の強化構造部と下側の強化構造部との間で絡ませるようにした。
Claims (10)
- サンドイッチ構造の強化プロセスにおいて、
a)心材に貫通孔を設ける作業を、強化構造部を設ける作業から時間的にずらして行い、
b)貫通孔を設けた後で、フック、グリッパ又は針によって強化構造部を持ってきて、スライダに固定された前記フック、グリッパ又は針を上方運動と共に回転運動させることによって又は上方運動させることによって、前記強化構造部をサンドイッチ構造内に挿入し、
c)貫通孔を設け、次いで強化構造部を設けた後で、前記フック、グリッパ又は針をスライダと共に若しくはスライダなしで、かつ回転させずに若しくは回転させると同時に、縫い方向で次に位置する刺入孔へガイドし、次の刺入時に前記強化構造部を、前記フック、グリッパ又は針の傍らを通過させて、心材に刺入した後で、心材の下側で強化材を掴み、この際に、フック、グリッパ又は針を上方運動及び回転運動させることによって、又はスライダに固定されたフック、グリッパ又は針を上方運動させることによって、前記強化材を、上側の強化構造部と下側の強化構造部との間で絡ませることを特徴とする、サンドイッチ構造の強化プロセス。 - 前記強化構造部を、繊維強化構造部又は棒状エレメントより構成する、請求項1記載のサンドイッチ構造の強化プロセス。
- 前記強化構造部を縫い針又は粗糸より構成する、請求項2記載のサンドイッチ構造の強化プロセス。
- 前記強化構造部を、一方向繊維プラスチック複合体、強化されていないプラスチック又は金属より構成する、請求項2記載のサンドイッチ構造の強化プロセス。
- 前記心材の上側又は下側に、ポリアミド繊維、ポリエステル繊維、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、ナイロン繊維、金属繊維、アラミド繊維又は玄武岩繊維のグループより選択された、繊維半製品より成るカバー層を備える、請求項1記載のサンドイッチ構造の強化プロセス。
- 前記カバー層を繊維半製品より製造し、前記心材の層を、ポリマー材料、天然材料又は構造化された材料より製造し、前記カバー層、心材及び強化エレメントを、ポリマーマトリックス材料内に埋め込む、請求項1記載のサンドイッチ構造の強化プロセス。
- サンドイッチ構造において、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法によって製作されたことを特徴とする、サンドイッチ構造。
- サンドイッチ構造の使用法において、宇宙船、航空機、船舶、自動車及びレール車両を製造するために、請求項7記載のサンドイッチ構造を使用することを特徴とする、サンドイッチ構造の使用法。
- 請求項7に記載したサンドイッチ構造を、スポーツ用具を製造するために使用することを特徴とする、サンドイッチ構造の使用法。
- 請求項7に記載したサンドイッチ構造を、内装工事、見本市工事及び外装工事のために使用することを特徴とする、サンドイッチ構造の使用法。
