Description
厚さ方向でサンドイッチ構造物を補強するための従来公知の全ての製造方法、たとえば2工程ステッチ、ブラインド・ステッチまたは2本針縫製技術ならびにタフティング法は、補強部材(たとえば縫い糸、ロービング)を針と一緒にサンドイッチ構造物に導入する点が共通している。従来のテキスタイル状の縫製品の場合、縫い糸を含む針が導入されること、および引き続き針を引き抜いて縫い糸を縫い穴に残すことは、テキスタイルの回復作用に基づいて問題ではなかった。しかし芯材として高分子硬質発泡材料を有するサンドイッチ構造物の場合、縫い糸を含む針が導入されることにより、気泡状の構造が破壊され、かつ塑性および弾性変形に基づいて高分子発泡材料は縫い針の直径の大きさに変形する。
本発明は、サンドイッチ構造物の厚さ方向(z方向)に補強部材を導入することにより該サンドイッチ構造物の機械的特性を改善し、その際に、芯の穴の直径中の補強の高い繊維体積含有率が達成されるという可能性が存在するという課題に基づいている。さらに補強部材をサンドイッチ構造物中に導入することにより、質量は極端に否定的な影響を受けるべきではない。この新規の縫製技術は同様に、サンドイッチ構造物の付加的な建造部材(たとえばストリンガー、リブなど)の予備成形のためにも、固定のためにも使用することができる。
前記課題は、芯材料中の必要とされる通過孔の導入および補強構造物の導入を、時間的に相互に別々に行い、このことにより芯の穴直径中の補強の繊維体積含有率を、使用される縫い糸の断面積により調整することができることによって解決される。図1は、基礎となる発明および本発明により補強されたサンドイッチ構造物の形状を示している。グリッパ装置(2)は、サンドイッチ構造物の片側から芯材料(4)へと差し込まれ(工程1および2)、かつ場合により上側の繊維被覆層(3)および下側の繊維被覆層(5)を通過して差し込まれ(工程2)、かつグリッパ(1)により反対側で、装置(7)により供給される補強構造物(6)、たとえば縫い糸、引き抜き成形された繊維プラスチック強化された棒状体が引き取られ(工程2)、かつ該補強構造物が後方移動する間に、サンドイッチ構造物中に導入される(工程3)。その後のプロセス工程で、グリッパ装置(2)は、上方に移動し、かつ補強構造物を芯もしくはサンドイッチ構造物中へと引き込む(工程3)。
Claims (9)
- サンドイッチ構造のための補強法において、構造物の片側から芯材(4)中へ、または被覆層が適用されている芯材(3、4)中へグリッパ装置(1、2)を差し込み、前記構造物の反対側で補強構造物(6)をつかみ、かつ後方移動により芯材(4)中へ、または被覆層が適用されている芯材(3、4)中へ導入することを特徴とする、サンドイッチ構造物の補強法。
- 補強構造物(6)が、繊維状の補強構造物または棒状の部材からなることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のサンドイッチ構造のための補強法。
- 被覆層(3)が、繊維の半製品からなり、芯材の層(4)が、天然の、または構造化された高分子芯材からなり、かつ被覆層、芯材の層および補強部材が、高分子マトリックス材料中に埋め込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のサンドイッチ構造のための補強法。
- 補強構造物(6)を芯材(4)中へ、または被覆層が適用されている芯材(3、4)中へ導入した後に、長さ方向で切断しないことを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 補強構造物(6)を芯材(4)中へ、または被覆層が適用されている芯材(3、4)中へ導入した後に、長さ方向で切断することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法により得られるサンドイッチ構造。
- 宇宙船、航空機、船舶および陸上車両および鉄道車両を製造するための請求項6記載のサンドイッチ構造の使用。
- スポーツ器具を製造するための請求項6記載のサンドイッチ構造の使用。
- 屋内建造物、見本市建造物および屋外建造物のための建造部材を製造するための請求項6記載のサンドイッチ構造の使用。
