Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.上方(11)および下方(12)の金属被覆層と蜂の巣構造で構築された金 属心部(13)とを備えているサンドイッチ構造体(10)とこのサンドイッ チ構造体(10)内に力を導入するための結合面を備えている少なくとも一つ の金属形材(20)とから成る複合材において、 一つまたは多数の形材がサンドイッチ構造体上に偏平状に接合されていること を特徴とする複合材。 2.形材(20)が押出し形材として形成されていることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項に記載の複合材。 3.形材(20)がサンドイッチ構造体(10)に接着されていることを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項或いは第2項に記載の複合材。 4.形材(20)がサンドイッチ構造体(10)上に半田付けされていることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第3項までのいずれか一つに記載の複合材。 5.複合材(1)を製造するための方法において、一つまたは多数の形材(20 )をサンドイッチ構造体の製造工程の間にサンドイッチ構造体(10)に接合 することを特徴とする方法 6.サンドイッチ構造体(10)を、金属被覆層(11,12)を金属心(13 )とを半田付けすることにより造ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項に記載 の方法。 7.半田材が被覆された側面(11a,12a)を有する被覆層(11,12) を心(13)上に盛付けし、空気遮断の下半田の融解温度以上の温度で半田付 け工程を行うことを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項或いは第6項に記載の方法。 8.形材(20)をサンドイッチ構造体(10)に半田付けすることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第5項から第7項までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。 9.被覆層(11,12)の形材(20)に面している側面で半田材が被覆され ている側面(11b)を設けることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項から第8項 までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
