Claims (16)
- 構造物の穴に取付けられるスリーブ付き干渉締結具であって、
一端部に拡大頭部を有するとともに、低摩擦コーティングを備える内面の内径と、前記穴の内径より小さい外径とを有する管状部を有するスリーブと、
一端部に拡大されたピン頭部を有するとともに、当該ピン頭部と反対側の端部に固定部を有し、且つ、それらの間に、前記スリーブの管状部の内径より大きい直径を有して前記拡大されたピン頭部の下に位置する軸部を有し、更に、前記軸部と前記固定部とを結合するテーパー状の移行部を備え、前記テーパー状の移行部が20度未満の角度を有する、ピン部材と、
前記ピン部材の前記固定部に嵌装する管状固定部材と、
を具え、
シーリング材を含む内径の前記穴を有する前記構造物と、
前記締結具の取り付け時に、前記軸部上で半径方向に拡大され、前記構造物の前記穴の前記内径より大きい外径を有して締まりばめを形成するスリーブと、
を具え、
前記スリーブの管状部の前記内面および外面は、前記スリーブの内面と前記ピン部材の前記軸部との間の摩擦係数が、前記スリーブの外面と前記穴の内面との間の摩擦係数より小さくなるように設計されて前記ピン部材の前記スリーブへの挿入の間にスリーブが前記構造物の穴に引き込まれるのを防止することを特徴とする、スリーブ付き干渉締結具。 - 前記管状固定部材がカラーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスリーブ付き干渉締結具。
- 前記管状固定部材が、前記ピン部材の固定部に嵌装するように構成された座ぐり部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のスリーブ付き干渉締結具。
- 前記構造物と前記締結具との締まりばめが0.0127〜0.254mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスリーブ付き干渉締結具。
- 前記ピン部材の前記軸部が円筒状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスリーブ付き干渉締結具。
- 前記構造物が複合材料構造物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスリーブ付き干渉締結具。
- 前記構造物が金属構造物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスリーブ付き干渉締結具。
- 前記構造物が金属/複合材料構造物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスリーブ付き干渉締結具。
- 構造物の穴に取付けられるスリーブ付き干渉締結具であって、
一端部に拡大頭部を有するとともに、低摩擦コーティングを備える内面の内径と、前記穴の内径より小さい外径とを有する管状部を有するスリーブと、
一端部に拡大されたピン頭部を有するとともに、当該ピン頭部と反対側の端部に固定部を有し、且つ、それらの間に、前記スリーブの管状部の内径より大きい直径を有して前記拡大されたピン頭部の下に位置する軸部を有し、更に、前記軸部と前記固定部とを結合するテーパー状の移行部を備え、前記テーパー状の移行部が20度未満の角度を有する、ピン部材と、
前記ピン部材の前記固定部に嵌装する管状固定部材と、
を具え、
内径を有する前記穴を有した前記構造物と、
前記締結具の取り付け時に、前記軸部上で半径方向に拡大され、前記構造物の前記穴の前記内径より大きい外径を有して締まりばめを形成するスリーブと、
を具え、
前記スリーブの管状部の前記内面および外面は、前記スリーブの内面と前記ピン部材の前記軸部との間の摩擦係数が、前記スリーブの外面と前記穴の内面との間の摩擦係数より小さくなるように設計されて前記ピン部材の前記スリーブへの挿入の間にスリーブが前記構造物の穴に引き込まれるのを防止することを特徴とする、スリーブ付き干渉締結具。 - 前記管状固定部材がカラーであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のスリーブ付き干渉締結具。
- 前記管状固定部材が、前記ピン部材の固定部に嵌装するように構成された座ぐり部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のスリーブ付き干渉締結具。
- 前記構造物と前記締結具との締まりばめが0.0127〜0.254mmであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のスリーブ付き干渉締結具。
- 前記ピン部材の前記軸部が円筒状であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のスリーブ付き干渉締結具。
- 前記構造物が複合材料構造物であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のスリーブ付き干渉締結具。
- 前記構造物が金属構造物であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のスリーブ付き干渉締結具。
- 前記構造物が金属/複合材料構造物であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のスリーブ付き干渉締結具。
