Description
「車輪(5,6)にて支持される走行機体(2)と、この走行機体(2)に搭載したエンジン(7)と、前記エンジン(7)からの動力を変速する無段変速機構(14)を有する走行変速ミッション(8)と備え、前記走行機体(2)に、前記無段変速機構(14)の出力を変速操作する変速ペダル(12)を設け、前記変速ペダル(12)の踏み込み及び踏み込み解除操作に連動して回転するカムを、その回転方向に延びるカム溝(37′)の構成とし、
前記変速ペダル(12)を踏み込み操作したとき、前記カム溝(37′)における左右両内側面のうち一方の内側面(37c′)にて前記アクセルレバー(7a)を増速に作動させてエンジン回転数が増速し、
前記変速ペダル(12)を踏み込み解除操作したとき、前記カム溝(37′)における左右両内側面のうち一方の内側面(37c′)にて前記アクセルレバー(7a)を減速に作動させてエンジン回転数が減速するように構成した走行式農作業機において、
前記変速ペダル(12)の踏み込み及び踏み込み解除操作に連動して回転する変速操作軸(22)に固着された歯車(25)と、前記変速ペダル(12)の踏み込み及び踏み込み解除操作の方向に応じた回転力を前記歯車に付与する電動式アクチェータ(28)と、前記変速ペダル(12)の踏み込み及び踏み込み解除操作を検出する検出手段(24)とを更に備え、前記カム溝(37′)は前記歯車(25)に形成され、
前記検出手段(24)の検出結果に基づき、前記電動式アクチェータ(28)を増速又は減速方向に駆動させ、前記変速ペダル(12)の踏み込み及び踏み込み解除操作、前記アクセルレバー(7a)の増減速操作、並びに前記無段変速機構(14)の増減速操作を補助するように構成している、」
ことを特徴としている。
しかも、前記変速ペダルと、これによって作動する走行変速ミッションとの間には、前記検出手段による検出と、この検出に基づく前記アクチェータの作動との両方が存在し、これにより、前記変速ペダルの踏み込み操作に際しての急加速又は急発進、及び、前記変速ペダルの踏み込み解除操作に際しての急減速又は急停止を回避することができる。
これに加えて、前記変速ペダルにおける踏み込み操作力を、前記走行変速ミッションを前記アクチェータにて変速作動する分だけ軽減できるほか、前記変速ペダルに、前記走行変速ミッションを変速作動するときの負荷及び衝撃がいわゆるキックバックとして伝わることを回避できる。

Claims (1)
- 車輪(5,6)にて支持される走行機体(2)と、この走行機体(2)に搭載したエンジン(7)と、前記エンジン(7)からの動力を変速する無段変速機構(14)を有する走行変速ミッション(8)と備え、前記走行機体(2)に、前記無段変速機構(14)の出力を変速操作する変速ペダル(12)を設け、前記変速ペダル(12)の踏み込み及び踏み込み解除操作に連動して回転するカムを、その回転方向に延びるカム溝(37′)の構成とし、
前記変速ペダル(12)を踏み込み操作したとき、前記カム溝(37′)における左右両内側面のうち一方の内側面(37c′)にて前記アクセルレバー(7a)を増速に作動させてエンジン回転数が増速し、
前記変速ペダル(12)を踏み込み解除操作したとき、前記カム溝(37′)における左右両内側面のうち一方の内側面(37c′)にて前記アクセルレバー(7a)を減速に作動させてエンジン回転数が減速するように構成した走行式農作業機において、
前記変速ペダル(12)の踏み込み及び踏み込み解除操作に連動して回転する変速操作軸(22)に固着された歯車(25)と、前記変速ペダル(12)の踏み込み及び踏み込み解除操作の方向に応じた回転力を前記歯車に付与する電動式アクチェータ(28)と、前記変速ペダル(12)の踏み込み及び踏み込み解除操作を検出する検出手段(24)とを更に備え、前記カム溝(37′)は前記歯車(25)に形成され、
前記検出手段(24)の検出結果に基づき、前記電動式アクチェータ(28)を増速又は減速方向に駆動させ、前記変速ペダル(12)の踏み込み及び踏み込み解除操作、前記アクセルレバー(7a)の増減速操作、並びに前記無段変速機構(14)の増減速操作を補助するように構成している、
