Description
複数のセルを積層したキャパシタ本体の外装が、アルミラミネートフィルムにより被覆された電気二重層キャパシタにおいて、
前記キャパシタ本体の両端部の集電極板に接触する1対の集電端子各々に、前記キャパシタ本体の厚さ方向の側面に沿って折り曲げる第1折り曲げ部を設けると共に、前記側面の中央で外側に向かって折り曲げる第2折り曲げ部を設け、前記1対の集電端子の前記第2折り曲げ部を共に同一平面で前記アルミラミネートフィルムにより被覆して、前記1対の集電端子の端部を前記アルミラミネートフィルムから外部に引き出すようにし、
前記第2折り曲げ部の根本部分の周囲に、前記アルミラミネートフィルムの上から、樹脂モールドを施したことを特徴とする。
上記第1の発明に記載の電気二重層キャパシタにおいて、
前記第1折り曲げ部に絶縁被覆を行ったことを特徴とする。
上記第1又は第2の発明に記載の電気二重層キャパシタにおいて、
前記第2折り曲げ部の前記アルミラミネートフィルムにより被覆される部分を、耐熱性樹脂をベースとする溶着フィルムで予備溶着しておき、前記溶着フィルムを介して、前記アルミラミネートフィルムにより前記集電端子を被覆したことを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 複数のセルを積層したキャパシタ本体の外装が、アルミラミネートフィルムにより被覆された電気二重層キャパシタにおいて、
前記キャパシタ本体の両端部の集電極板に接触する1対の集電端子各々に、前記キャパシタ本体の厚さ方向の側面に沿って折り曲げる第1折り曲げ部を設けると共に、前記側面の中央で外側に向かって折り曲げる第2折り曲げ部を設け、前記1対の集電端子の前記第2折り曲げ部を共に同一平面で前記アルミラミネートフィルムにより被覆して、前記1対の集電端子の端部を前記アルミラミネートフィルムから外部に引き出すようにし、
前記第2折り曲げ部の根本部分の周囲に、前記アルミラミネートフィルムの上から、樹脂モールドを施したことを特徴とする電気二重層キャパシタ。 - 請求項1に記載の電気二重層キャパシタにおいて、
前記第1折り曲げ部に絶縁被覆を行ったことを特徴とする電気二重層キャパシタ。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電気二重層キャパシタにおいて、
前記第2折り曲げ部の前記アルミラミネートフィルムにより被覆される部分を、耐熱性樹脂をベースとする溶着フィルムで予備溶着しておき、前記溶着フィルムを介して、前記アルミラミネートフィルムにより前記集電端子を被覆したことを特徴とする電気二重層キャパシタ。
