Description
(実施例1)
ホスファゼン化合物として、化学式(1)で表される化合物1を用いた。
実施例1で使用したイオン性液体に換えて、常温で固体であるTEA・BF4を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様の電解液を調製した。これを比較例1の電解液とする。
(実施例2A〜2I)
イオン性液体として、N−エチル−N−メチルイミダゾリウム・テトラフルオロボレート(以下、EMI・BF4と略記)、N−ブチルピリジニウム・テトラフルオロボレート(以下、BP・BF4と略記)、DEME・BF4、TMPA・TFSI、P14・TFSI、P14・FAP、PP13・TFSI、S−エチル−S,S−ジブチルスルホニウム・ビス[トリフルオロメタンスルホニル]イミド(以下、EDBS・TFSIと略記)、P,P,P−トリヘキシル−P−テトラデシルホスホニウム・トリス(ペンタフルオロエチル)トリフルオロホスフェート(以下、THtDP・FAPと略記)を用いた。
アンモニウム塩として、N,N,N−トリエチル−N−メチル・ビス[トリフルオロメタンスルホニル]イミド(TEMA・TFSI)を用いた。このアンモニウム塩は、常温で固体であり、化合物2に溶解しないため、電解液の調製には、エチレンカーボネート(EC)を混合し溶解させた。組成は、モル比で、EC/TEMA・TFSI/化合物2=3/1/0.1となるようにした。ここで、この電解液は、塩濃度が1.5モル/kgの電解液となる。このように調製した電解液を用いた以外は、実施例2Aと同様の電気二重層キャパシタを構成した。これを比較例2のキャパシタとする。
(実施例3A〜3M)
イオン性液体としてTMPA・TFSIを、ホスファゼン化合物として化学式2で表される環状6員環ホスファゼン化合物2を用いた電解液に、それぞれC=C不飽和結合を有する環状カーボネートとしてVC、Vec、DVec、Pec、DPecを、C=C不飽和結合を有する鎖状カーボネートとしてMVC、EVC、DVC、AMC、AEC、DAC、APC、DPCを、TMPA・TFSI/ホスファゼン化合物2/C=C不飽和結合化合物のモル比が1/0.1/0.01となるように混合した。これらの電解液を用い、実施例2Aと同様の電気二重層キャパシタを構成した。これを実施例3A〜3Mのキャパシタとする。
(実施例4A〜4D)
イオン性液体としてPP13・TFSIを、ホスファゼン化合物として化学式2で表される環状6員環ホスファゼン化合物2を用いた電解液に、C=C不飽和結合化合物としてVecを、C=O以外が飽和結合である環状カーボネートとしてEC、PC、BCを、環状エステルとしてγ−BLを、PP13・TFSI/ホスファゼン化合物2/Vec/C=O以外が飽和結合を有する化合物のモル比が1/0.1/0.01/0.1となるように混合した。これらの電解液を用い、実施例3Aと同様の電気二重層キャパシタを構成した。これを実施例4A〜4Dのキャパシタとする。
電解液にVecを加えなかったこと以外は、実施例4Aと同様の電気二重層キャパシタを構成した。これを実施例4Eのキャパシタとする。
電解液にC=O以外が飽和結合である化合物を加えなかったこと以外は、実施例4Aと同様の電気二重層キャパシタを構成した。これを実施例4Fのキャパシタとする。
電解液にVecおよびC=O以外が飽和結合である化合物を加えなかったこと以外は、実施例4Aと同様の電気二重層キャパシタを構成した。これを実施例4Gのキャパシタとする。
(実施例5A〜5H)
イオン性液体としてTMPA・TFSIを、ホスファゼン化合物として化学式3で表される化合物3を用いた電解液に、C=C不飽和結合化合物としてVecを、C=O以外が飽和結合である化合物としてECを、TMPA・TFSI/ホスファゼン化合物3/Vec/ECのモル比が1/0.05/0.001〜2.0/1となるように混合した。これらの電解液を用い、実施例4Aと同様の電気二重層キャパシタを構成した。これを実施例5A〜5Hのキャパシタとする。
(実施例6A〜6H)
イオン性液体としてTMPA・TFSIを、ホスファゼン化合物として化学式3で表される化合物3を用いた電解液に、C=C不飽和結合化合物としてVecを、C=O以外が飽和結合である化合物としてECを、TMPA・TFSI/ホスファゼン化合物3/Vec/ECのモル比が1/0.05/0.05/0.1〜10となるように混合した。これらの電解液を用い、実施例5Aと同様の電気二重層キャパシタを構成した。これを実施例6A〜6Hのキャパシタとする。

- 正極と負極と非水電解液を具備する電気二重層キャパシタであって、前記非水電解液は、ホスファゼン化合物と、イオン性液体とを含有し、前記イオン性液体は、N,N,N−トリメチル−N−プロピル・ビス[トリフルオロメタンスルホニル]イミド、N−メチル−N−ブチル−ピロリジニウム・ビス[トリフルオロメタンスルホニル]イミド、N−メチル−N−ブチル−ピロリジニウム・トリス(ペンタフルオロエチル)トリフルオロホスフェート、N,N−ジエチル−N−メチル−N−(2−メトキシエチル)アンモニウム・テトラフルオロボレート、または、N−メチル−N−プロピル−ピペリジニウム・ビス[トリフルオロメタンスルホニル]イミドであることを特徴とする、電気二重層キャパシタ。
- 非水電解液に、C=C不飽和結合を有する環状または鎖状カーボネートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の電気二重層キャパシタ。
- 非水電解液に、C=O以外が飽和結合である環状カーボネートまたは環状エステルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1および2記載の電気二重層キャパシタ。
