Claims (2)
- 組成式NbCo X Snにおいて1.00<X<1.10である組成を有し、12vol%未満のNbCo2Sn相を含み、残部が実質的にNbCoSn相の単相から成ることを特徴とする熱電材料。
- 請求項1記載の熱電材料の製造方法であって、上記規定した組成式にしたがって原料を配合することを特徴とする熱電材料の製造方法。
