Claims (13)
- 冶金学的な容器内にある溶融金属を処理するための方法であって、溶融金属の表面に、酸化ケイ素および酸化アルミニウムを含む微粒状のカバー材料を散布する形式のものにおいて、
カバー材料が人工的なゼオライト材料であって、該材料が酸化ケイ素および酸化アルミニウムを有しており、カバー材料中の酸化ケイ素に対する酸化アルミニウムの比が1よりも大きい、または1であって、カバー材料が狭い粒子径分布を有しており、即ち、30μmよりも小さい粒子径または125μmよりも大きい粒子径を有する粒子は20%よりも少ないことを特徴とする、冶金学的な容器内にある溶融金属を処理するための方法。 - カバー材料の粒子が球状である、請求項1記載の方法。
- カバー材料を、溶融金属の表面に散布する前に所望の分布を得るために混合及び/又は選別する、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- カバー材料がそれぞれ1%までの酸化チタン、酸化鉄、酸化マグネシウム、酸化カルシウムを有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 溶融金属が、鋼分配装置または鋼鋳造取鍋内に位置している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- カバー粉体を、溶融金属上に直接位置する、反応性のアルミン酸カルシウムスラグから成る中間層に散布する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- カバー材料に、炭素供給源を添加する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- プラスチックポリマバッグに所定の分量だけパックしたカバー材料を溶融金属の表面に載置する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- カバー材料に植物性灰分を添加する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- カバー材料が、40重量%までの割合で植物性灰分から成っている、請求項9記載の方法。
- 酸化ケイ素および酸化アルミニウムを含む微粒状材料の、冶金学的な容器内にある溶融金属のカバーのための使用において、
カバー材料が人工的なゼオライト材料であって、該材料が酸化ケイ素および酸化アルミニウムを有しており、カバー材料中の酸化ケイ素に対する酸化アルミニウムの比が1よりも大きい、または1であって、カバー材料が狭い粒子径分布を有しており、即ち、30μmよりも小さい粒子径または125μmよりも大きい粒子径を有する粒子は20%よりも少なく、この場合カバー材料の粒子は球状であることを特徴とする、酸化ケイ素および酸化アルミニウムを含む微粒状材料の、冶金学的な容器内にある溶融金属のカバーのための使用。 - 酸化ケイ素および酸化アルミニウムを含む微粒状材料の、冶金学的な容器内にある溶融金属のカバーのための使用において、
該カバー材料が、少なくとも60重量%の人工的なゼオライト材料と、40重量%までの植物性灰分とから成る混合物であって、前記ゼオライト材料は酸化ケイ素および酸化アルミニウムを有しており、カバー材料中の酸化ケイ素に対する酸化アルミニウムの比が1よりも大きい、または1であって、ゼオライト材料が狭い粒子径分布を有しており、即ち、30μmよりも小さい粒子径または125μmよりよりも大きな粒子径を有する粒子は20%よりも少ないことを特徴とする、酸化ケイ素および酸化アルミニウムを含む微粒状材料の、冶金学的な容器内にある溶融金属のカバーのための使用。 - 植物性灰分が米籾殻灰分である、請求項12記載の使用。
