表4中の※3 ΔT(TD)は、タンディッシュ注入点近傍と、タンディッシュストッパー近傍の溶鋼温度の差、すなわちタンディッシュ入側から出側までの温度低下を示す。
Claims (3)
- 融点が溶鋼温度より低い原料と融点が溶鋼温度よりも高い原料を、各々少なくとも一種類以上、混合配合した溶鋼保温剤であって、
融点が溶鋼温度より低い原料として、Al 2 O 3 、CaO、MgO、SiO 2 のうち少なくとも二種類以上からなる複合酸化物を用い、融点が溶鋼温度より高い原料として、Al 2 O 3 、CaO、MgO、SiO 2 のうち少なくとも一種の酸化物、または、Al 2 O 3 、CaO、MgO、SiO 2 のうち少なくとも二種類以上からなる複合酸化物を用い、かつ混合配合された溶鋼保温剤全体の平均組成が、CaO/Al 2 O 3 =0.5〜2.0であり、MgO=5〜30%、SiO 2 含有量を10%未満としたことを特徴とする溶鋼保温剤。 - 請求項1に記載の溶鋼保温剤の上層に、固体の保温剤を堆積させることにより上下二層構造としたことを特徴とする溶鋼保温剤。
- 上層に堆積される固体の保温剤全体の平均組成が、下層の溶鋼保温剤全体の平均組成と同じであり、かつ上層に堆積される固体の保温剤の融点が溶鋼温度よりも高い原料からなるものであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の溶鋼保温剤。
