Claims (10)
- 深絞り部(14;34)により互いに連結する少なくとも2個の板状素片(12,13)よりなる積層体(10)の構造であって、一方の素片(12)の材料を、少なくとも1個の他方の素片(13)の貫通開口(15)に貫通するよう深絞りする該積層体の結合構造において、
少なくとも1個の他方の素片(13)における前記貫通開口(15)の端縁(17)を、断面で見て前記一方の素片(12)に向かって先細となる円錐状に形成したことを特徴とする積層体結合構造。 - 少なくとも1個の他方の素片(13)における貫通開口(15)の端縁(17)に、破断領域(22)およびエンボス領域(28)を設け、随意に、前記破断領域(22)を周方向に設けた請求項1に記載の積層体結合構造。
- 少なくとも1個の他方の素片(13)における前記貫通開口(15)の端縁(17)を段差付き形状にした請求項1または2に記載の積層体結合構造。
- 少なくとも1個の他方の素片(13)における前記貫通開口(15)の端縁(17)に幾つかの個別の溝(31)および突起(32)のうちの少なくとも一方を設ける請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の積層体結合構造。
- 請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか一項に記載の積層体結合構造(11)を形成するため、少なくとも2個の板状素片(12,13)よりなる積層体(10)における深絞り部(14;34)を形成する方法であって、
孔明け押し抜きツール(25)により積層体(10)に貫通する貫通開口(15、23)を形成し、これにより、深絞り押し型(26)に対向する側の素片(12)に、深絞り部(14;34)の横断面よりも小さい横断面を有する貫通開口(23)を形成し、また深絞り押し型(26)側とは反対側の素片(13)に、深絞り部(14;34)の横断面よりも大きい横断面を有する貫通開口(15)を形成し、
この後、積層体(10)に直交するよう案内される深絞り押し型(26)によって、この深絞り押し型(26)に対向する側の素片(12)の材料が、深絞り押し型(26)側とは反対側の少なくとも1個の素片(13)の貫通開口(15)を貫通するように絞り抜く際の該深絞り部形成方法において、
貫通開口(15、23)を形成する前に、深絞り押し型(26)側とは反対側の素片(13)に破断領域(22)を刻み込み、
貫通開口(15、23)を形成する際に、孔明け押し抜きツール(25)の一回のみの押し抜き動作で、深絞り押し型(26)に対向する側の素片(12)に貫通開口(23)を、また、深絞り押し型(26)側とは反対側の素片(13)に貫通開口(15)を同時に形成することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記破断領域(22)を周方向の刻み目刻印として構成し、任意選択で、また、随意に、溝(31)および突起(32)のうちの少なくとも一方を同時に刻印する請求項5に記載の方法。
- 山形リングにより前記刻み目の刻印を行い、随意に、前記山形リングの周方向の外側輪郭を段差付き形状にする請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 貫通開口(15、23)を形成する際に、深絞り押し型(26)側とは反対側の素片(13)を受け型(24)によって支持する請求項5乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 深絞り部(34)を形成する際に、深絞り押し型(26)に対向する素片(12)の材料の一部のみを、深絞り押し型(26)側とは反対側の素片(13)における前記貫通開口(15)に貫通するよう深絞りする請求項5乃至8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 深絞り押し型(26)に対向する側の素片(12)の前記絞り出された材料の遊端(19)をカシメる請求項5乃至9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
