Description
多孔質シートである超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂多孔質シート(日東電工社製サンマップ;厚さ0.22mm、平均孔径20μm、算術平均粗さ(Ra)2.2μm、圧縮弾性率300kgf/m2、通気度7cm3/cm2・秒)上にホットメルト接着剤(ヤスハラケミカル社製ヒロダイン)を、190℃に加熱し、5kgf/cm2の圧力で均一に吹き付けた。吹き付けによる塗布量は、7g/m2とした。こうして形成した粘着剤層の厚さは7〜8μmとなった。
離型フィルム(日東電工社製RT−75S)上に、比較例と同様にして、ホットメルト接着剤(比較例に同じ)を均一に吹き付け、厚さ7〜8μmの粘着剤層を形成した。

Claims (5)
- 170〜200℃に加熱したホットメルト接着剤を塗布量が3〜10g/m2となるように離型フィルム上に塗布し、
前記離型フィルム上における前記ホットメルト接着剤が常温となって粘着性を示すようになった状態で当該ホットメルト接着剤に超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂多孔質シートを接合して、前記離型フィルム、前記ホットメルト接着剤からなる粘着剤層、および前記超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂多孔質シートがこの順に積層されてなる積層体を形成し、
前記積層体から前記離型フィルムを剥離させて前記粘着剤層と前記超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂多孔質シートとが積層されてなる吸着フィルムを得る、
吸着フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記多孔質シートの厚さが100μm以上300μm以下である請求項1に記載の吸着フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記多孔質シートの表面の算術平均粗さ(Ra)が0.5μm以上1.2μm以下である請求項1に記載の吸着フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記粘着剤層の厚さが3μm以上10μm以下となるように前記ホットメルト接着剤を前記離型フィルム上に塗布する請求項1に記載の吸着フィルムの製造方法。
- 170〜200℃に加熱したホットメルト接着剤を塗布量が3〜10g/m2となるように離型フィルム上に塗布し、
前記離型フィルム上における前記ホットメルト接着剤が常温となって粘着性を示すようになった状態で当該ホットメルト接着剤に超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂多孔質シートを接合して、前記離型フィルム、前記ホットメルト接着剤からなる粘着剤層、および前記超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂多孔質シートがこの順に積層されてなり、前記粘着剤層と前記超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂多孔質シートとからなる吸着フィルムから前記離型フィルムが剥離可能な、離型フィルム付き吸着フィルムを得る、
離型フィルム付き吸着フィルムの製造方法。
